I am currently in your nightmare JaWoHr. Please wake up. I cannot access my pay stubs.
Thanks for joining, @Vin6.
I understand the urgency of this matter. But before we venture to troubleshoot your query, I'd like to ask if you receive any error prompt when attempting to access your paystub. This way, I can provide you with the appropriate resolution to your concern. Also, know that you'll need your employer's approval for you to be able to view the pay stubs. That said, you'll want to reach out to our employer so they can invite you to their Workforce account.
Once you've received and accepted the invitation, here's how you can access your paystubs:
See this article for more information: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.
You can also reach out directly to your employer so they can send you a copy of your pay stubs since they're the only one who has access to those.
But if the issue persists after accepting the invitation from your employer. I recommend reaching out to Work Force Support Team, so they can assign a representative to check your account to determine the root cause of the issue.
@Vin6, know that I'm determined to help you get this sorted out. If you need further assistance with this. Our door is open 24/7, and you are welcome to post here again anytime.
Check stubs
Can terminated employees access their workforce account and their historical information once they leave a company?
Glad to have you here today, @Beckyfair625. I'd be happy to answer your question that you have with employee's historical information.
Terminated employees typically do not have access to their workforce account or historical information once they leave a company. When an employee is terminated, their access to the workforce account is usually revoked, and they are no longer able to view or retrieve any information related to their employment. This is done to ensure the security and privacy of the company's data and to comply with data protection regulations
Moreover, I’ll be adding these helpful resources you can check that can help you in case you want to send your employees digital copies of the pay stubs and troubleshooting steps you can perform when you encounter issues in printing pay stubs:
I'm also adding this resource with the step-by-step guide provided to invite an employee to QuickBooks Workforce: Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs, W-2s, and more.

I also cannot get a pay stub or reach any kind of help force. I cannot simply choose a stat holiday clock in so no stat option. I don't know how to post on this comment page as it seems just along list of other complaints this is a horrible ap and service.

I’m having trouble completing applications saying ssn already been use
I'll be sure to assist you in resolving this SSN issue, DjunaDrain
The "social security number already in use" message may be appearing because you have an inactive employee in your QuickBooks Online account who has that same SSN. Or it could be that the individual was previously paid as a contractor using that SSN, rather than as a full-time employee.
You'll want to review your existing employee and contractor records to identify any previous usage of that social security number before you can successfully add the new employee.
Once you've verified that no other employees or contractors are using the same SSN, I would suggest contacting our Payroll Support team so they can pull up your account and fix the issue for you.
In addition, you can generate payroll reports to view important information about your business and employees.
If you encounter more challenges managing employees, feel free to tag me. I'm here to provide additional support whenever you need it.
