Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, David. Let's go over some troubleshooting steps so you can easily link your bank account to QuickBooks Online.
Beforehand, may I ask if you tried to select the option displayed on the bank list that says Elan Financial Credit Card Unavailable? Also, did you get a specific error? I appreciate any further details so I can provide accurate information.
For now, I suggest linking your bank account through a private window to narrow down the result and protect your browser against cookie-based tracking. You can use either of these keyboard shortcuts to save you time:
If the steps above don't work, use another supported browser as an alternative.
Lastly, click on this article if you need help reviewing your downloaded transactions by matching or adding them in QBO: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.
If you need any additional assistance while connecting or managing your bank in QBO, you can leave a comment below. I'll get back to you, david. Have a good one!
I spoke with a client this week that said Elan can not be directly connected to QB. You can pull a csv file that can be imported.
Use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @$60 one time license) as a workaround.

Up until Sept 22, Elan has been pulled into QBO just fine. Now, QBO just keeps saying, try back later and Elan is listed as a credit card option as Unavailable.

I was able to connect QuickBooks to elan financial services business account for more than the last year. However, recently Elan changed their page and now I can only see one of our 14 accounts and it is of NO value to me. I need to see the Master or "payable" account for the whole company. I spent 6 hours on the phone with QuickBooks and Elan on November 22nd 2023 just to have them confirm what I already knew....It's not working! QuickBooks support said they would email me when they had a solution but not to expect anything in the near future. What a PITA.
I get only one of 14 accounts...and its not the buisness card one I need.
We hear you, @whiteviper.
I appreciate you for reaching out to our live support to fix your bank connectivity and ask why some accounts aren't showing on your page. Let me share information and direct you to the best help.
Currently, a new investigation (INV-95713) about missing accounts in the connection window in Elan Financial Services has been created. I recommend contacting our QBO Live support again to acquire updates about the investigation and temporarily ask for a workaround. If a fix is available, an email will be sent to you.
Here's how:
The available support for chats is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT, and for callbacks, the same days of the week from 6:00 AM to 5:55 PM PT.
Once fixed, you might want to use bank rules to categorize your bank transactions automatically, check this article: Set up bank rules to categorize online banking transactions in QuickBooks Online.

I am having the exact same issue. Nothing after Oct. 18th will download. I hope there is a fix for this soon. I can't imagine entering all of these things manually. What a drag!
I am also having the exact same issue.

Same problem. This has worked for years and not it is not. The main account is not available through the connection and that is the account that holds the balances. Please correct the asap.
Let me add some information about Elan Financial Credit Card, Seed.
We received a report about Elan Financial Service missing accounts in the connection window. Our engineers are working to fix this as soon as possible. While the connection is unavailable, you'll want to manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO). Go to Step 4, then follow the process for the accounts not connected to online banking. Please know that once the option to connect is possible, this process will cause duplicates. Ensure to know the oldest existing transaction currently in the account so this will be your basis in identifying transactions whenever you encounter duplicate transactions.
In the meantime, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can add you to the list of the affected users. This way, you'll receive an update once the issue is fixed. To do so, follow the steps provided below:
Additionally, QuickBooks downloads the latest transactions automatically once you're able to connect to your bank. This suggests categories based on how you categorized similar transactions before. I've added this article so you can take a look at the detailed process: Categorize Online Bank Transactions In QuickBooks Online.

RE error code 324 on bank feed. The main account on Elan's side everyone wants to connect to is the main 'accounts payable' account which summarizes all credit card transactions. Elan pushed some kind of update on their end and destroyed everyone's connection to QBO. There is a 'null' within the account name on Elan's side when the user clicks 'download' from within the account. I do not think that account name is user-controlled. We have 7 credit cards on this account but the only one QBO recognizes when trying to reconnect is the card WITH a valid name. Elan needs to fix the 'NULL' account names.
Using QBDT Accountant similar issue. The manually downloaded the transactions through import in the bank center. No recognized accounts in the COA - strange since the credit cards have been in place for over a year. I deactivated the online service with the intention to reconnect. When I attempted to connect through the bank center the website wasn't myaccountaccess.com. Instead it was Elan Financial with webpages distorted. Options were marketing related. No where to log in online. If I have to manually enter all these transactions for my client it is going to cost them a fortune. How can we get this fixed? I see the last post was over a month ago.
Hi there, @dso0216. We'll point you in the right direction to get this sorted out so you can download your transactions into your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
