You'll know which version of QuickBooks Online (QBO) you're using in the Account and Settings window. I'll show you how to do it below:

Hi, wagsandwiggles.
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going with your question about how to know your QBO version. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
I don't have access to the "accounts and settings" - I'm not the Admin (just staff). Is there another way to find which version of Quickbooks Online?
What if you don't have access to that link? I'm not the Admin. (I'm a Staff member). I do have Subscriptions and Billing, but the screen doesn't look anything like that. It only has a way to pay for the subscription, etc
I appreciate the fast reply, @CPANewUser.
Thank you for clarifying the situation. I have other ways for you to know which version of Quickbooks Online you have.
Is this what your billing and subscription page shows? If so, you can see your QuickBooks version in the Plan Details section.
If your billing page shows different, I'd recommend going to our Plan and Pricing page. From there, find the subscription amount you paid so you can identify what version you're currently using. Please note that QuickBooks offers different discounts depending on the type of subscription plan. In addition, the discount rate will change from time to time.
Alternatively, you can contact your administrator and ask for the exact version of QuickBooks.
