I need to cancel my free trial TODAY! Your tech support took forever to get an agent and your customer service was an also a big issue. Before an issue was resolved, I was told that I would need an add on to make an inventory for storage units. I will expect my payment to be refunded back to debit card.
I want to cancel the account. Period. Today
When I called in, I was told to cancel online and that was the ONLY way to cancel my account. So now I call and wait 45 minutes to cxl? I've been trying to cxl since last month.
What is the best number for me to call to get this cancellation done? 45 minutes to wait is rather ridulous

To start, may I know the challenges you have as to why you're unable to cancel your account? Have you received any error messages?
In QuickBooks Online (QBO), for you to be able to cancel your subscription, you need to be the Master Admin or Company Admin. But if you're the Master Admin and can't cancel. To isolate the issue, let's try opening your account in a private (incognito) window. Using a safe browser and accessing the program from there can usually fix the issue. There are times that the browser stores frequently accessed data, thus causing some errors and/or unusual responses.

Additionally, since you've mentioned that the account you wanted to cancel is a Trial version, the trial will terminate after 30 days. And, you will not get any bills from us since you didn't provide us with any billing information.

So I’ve been trying to process my customers credit card and people are trying to send money in and they can’t because QuickBooks is not allowing the transit action keeps getting canceled I can’t talk to nobody on the phone this is absolutely ridiculous they try to run a business with QuickBooks QuickBooks

QB Desktop will not open, It just spins

QuickBooks Desktop 2022 requires a 64-bit Windows operating system. With this, it needs a minimum memory of 8 and recommends 16GB.

I cannot get by registration number and product number to be accepted by QB to complete my installation. I am psoitive I have the correct numbers but am installing in a new computer and maybe that is why. ...??? How do I complete the installation ?

If the product won't install on your computer, it may be because the product number is inactive.

Yes. You can close QuickBooks Time and use your computer for other purposes. You can easily reopen your browser and log in to your account whenever you need to.
However, there are times when the browser is filled up with cached files from frequently visited pages, which can cause strange behavior.
We can perform some troubleshooting steps to check if you have a browser issue. We'll start by accessing your QuickBooks Time account using a private window. Depending on the browser you're using, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:
If you're able to access your QuickBooks Time account and close without issues, you can go back to your regular browsing window and clear its cache. This will delete all corrupted and outdated data and restore your browser's functionality.
Alternatively, you can also check out use other supported browsers that work well with QuickBooks Time.
