How do I contact an actual person at this company. I cancelled my subscription and they charged my account again this month. Trying to get an actual human voice with this company appears to be impossinle.

Hi there, Anchorman1.
Thank you for stopping by the Community.
If you're looking to reach a live agent via phone, you;ll have to go to the Help menu in your QuickBooks Self Employed account. Here's how:
Also, before you get on the phone with a rep, I wanted to make sure I gave you the proper steps to cancel your account. Below is a link to the steps.
-Cancel your QuickBooks Self Employed Subscription
If you have any other questions or concerns, you can post them below.
Thanks again and have a lovely Monday.
Yeah,
Thanks but I already did that plus prior to I contacted a rep by phone and they told me it was canceled and there would be an email to follow.
I've tried to call several times and it's impossible to get a real person!
Then I was sent an email re our subscripion would expire in 7 days (ok, two months after initial request and $140 dollars later). but then you took and other $70 dollares through automactic withdraw this month also (Now our Corporation has been excessively charged $210 dollars).
Now what an other email with directions on how to navigate a purposely difficult series of command and drop boxes on your site to cancel payment?
Signed not to happy former customer,

Hello there, @Anchorman1.
Canceling your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) account will also cancel the online services you have like the online banking feature and paying taxes online.
If you want to continue these services, I recommend you continue using the subscription and stay active. However, if you think QBSE isn't quite right for your needs, you can cancel your subscription by following these steps:
1. Log in to your QBSE account.
2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Billing info.
3. Select Cancel now, then enter your feedback when prompted.
4. Click on Cancel subscription. If you changed your mind, you can select Keep your subscription.

On the other hand, only our Customer Support team (chat or call) can create a ticket based on the issues you're having. As much as I would love to take care of this, we're unable to pull up your account here in the Community space for the security of your account.
That said, I highly suggest contacting them again. You can refer to this article for detailed steps on how: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.

You fU*(^ charged our account again. I want a goddam phone number to talk to a fu&%*** human being to cancel the account!
I am a customer myself, and being charged with my account can be tough to deal with, Anchorman1.
To check what's the charge amount for, it would be best to contact our Customer Support Team. They'll pull up your account in a secure environment and provide you detailed information on the credit card charges.
To talk to our phone support agent, we need to request a callback from them. This way, you won't have to wait on the line when we have a high volume of calls.
Here's how:

Just how do I send this ID info to the correct party.

I'm trying to reauthorize a bank account to my quickbooks self employed. Every time I try it says something went wrong, no code given. Can anyone help?
Hi there, @Richardrbwf. I'm determined to ensure you can reconnect your bank account to QuickBooks Self-Employed.
Issues like this are usually the result of too much historical data stored in your browser. I recommend clearing your browser's cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate.
We can remove them in just a few easy steps. Let's start by accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
If you're able to reauthorize your bank account, clear your browser's cache. You can also switch to a different supported browser to see if it has something to do with your browser.
Once connected, you can categorize your transactions. You can also create and use rules to quickly categorize recent and past transactions.
I'd be happy to see you again here in the Community. We're always here to help if you need assistance with the bank feeds. Have a good one.
