I'll do everything possible to help you convey your feedback, @drsrclee. Your comment is dominant in helping us examine and enhance our services or products.

Also, I know how important your money is to you, particularly during this pandemic. Don't worry, we can work together to fix this. With this, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. From there, you can request to speak to one of our supervisors or any higher level to exemplify your experience. They can address your refund issue as well without a moment's delay.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu and click Contact Us on the bottom part.
  2. Type your concern in the box and tap Let's talk
  3. Choose either Get a call or Start a chat
  4. Complete the required data and submit the request.

Make sure to contact them within business hours to ensure a swift response.

Moreover, check out this article to get more details about Intuit charges to your bank account: Understand Intuit charges on your credit card or bank statement.

Furthermore, see the following articles about handling your payment method, Intuit charges, billing schedules, and other related matters.

If you have any issues other than billing, please let me know in the comments section below. We're open 24/7 and always ready to assist. Take care, drsrclee.

I have done this......I've spent 3 hours on the phone with the Intuit Support Team.  They don't keep notes from prior calls, they don't do what they say they're going to do which means customers have to call again and when we get replies from you from these areas, it directs me to a site that has 587+ pages of information without a reference point.

How do I email customer service?

Hello, This response captures some of the problem I am trying to bring to QB attention. The only avenues for customer service are chat (very time consuming and has not been useful) or a phone call (must wait for a call back and also has been very time consuming). I do not want to spend more time in these systems that haven't worked well but I do want to get the feedback to the people who can DO something that these systems do not work very well. I would like to talk to a supervisor, preferably by email. How do I do this?

Hello, @drsrclee.

I appreciate you joining this conversation and sharing your concern here in the Community. Allow me to chime in and help ensure this is taken care of for you.

This isn't the experience we want you to have. Please know that your feedback is important to us. At this time, we can only reach our Support team by doing the steps shared by my colleague above. The option to contact them via email is currently unavailable.

Once you reach them via Chat or Call, you can request for a supervisor to share your experience and feedback.

Our website is always available if you're looking for tips and other resources you can use for managing QuickBooks. Here's the link: Self-help articles.

Don't hesitate to post again in the Community or leave a comment below if you have further concerns. I'm more than willing to assist. Take care always.

Unfortunately what you stated is not the case.  I asked for a supervisor or manager multiple times and the Intuit CS person stated that no one was available at that time, that no one would be available in the future and that they could not have a supervisor or manager call me back.

I called the sales person multiple times, emailed the sales person multiple times, and texted the sales person multiple times.  No response.

I have the same experience with customer service as all the folks above...I never get resolution with my issues when I call or chat.  Despite the call reps being very friendly and TRYING to help, they are never well versed enough on the system to actually get to the bottom of the problem.  Currently qbo isn't calculating my location based sales tax correctly (our area recently changed to 9% from 8% and I DO NOT Ship so qbo should be calculating based on my sale location, but it's still using 8%).  The rep I spoke to wanted me to go into each and every one of my customers (1000's) to save a specific sales tax to them...I guess I'm going to have to figure this out on my own, but WOULD LOVE AN EMAIL ADDRESS THAT I CAN USE SO I CAN SEND MY ISSUE AND THEY CAN RESPOND WITH A SOLUTION!  That is the only time effective solution I can think of.

Exactly on the same level. Phone support is absolutely awful, been sitting with a slurring teenager for 30 minutes until i gave up. Please let me know where I can send an email and get my issue resolved asap.

I can certainly understand your frustration and disappointment with the phone support experience you had, Lideborg.

At this time, email support is not currently one of the options we offer for immediate issue resolution. While I understand that email support is your preferred method of communication, we offer available options for efficient support Callback, Live Chat, and QuickBooks Community forum

To make sure you'll able to contact them, ensure to reach out to them during the available hours

Still, I want to gather more details about your specific concerns. I'll do my best to take this matter seriously and help you fix this in no time.

Please know that your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to providing you with the best possible support. Be sure to post again if you have other queries.

Same here. Ridiculous. Wasting hours in chat or phone. We don't have time for sitting hours. Just yesterday we started a chat, told them right away we don't have time, made screen recording, provided all information and told them to fix it.

Waste of time. Haven't heart back. Already looking into xero

Already looking into xero

Convert your data to a QB Desktop file format and you can use the trial version to access your historical data for good. Then you can convert as is to Xero to lower your conversion costs.

How do I email customer service?

I too have the same problem.  I have been trying to change our company name for two years, now.  When I tried to with a chat, I was told it had to be in writing. OK, so I completed a questionair on the intuit quickbooks website, explained exactly what I had been trying to do, seems pretty simple, right? But I have no evidence I sent it. I just received a "do not reply" email from Quickbooks asking me if I wanted to add my old business name to my Quickbooks account!!!??? What!! I can't respond to the email (do not reply"), How could they get that so wrong. Without and email address there is no record. (period)

We can see where you're coming from, Suzque. Rest assured, we'll ensure you receive the necessary support to update your company name and maintain accurate business information in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

The business information your customers see on sales forms and invoices depend on what you set up in your account. To revise your company name, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings , then Account and settings.
  2. Select Company, then ✎ Edit the section you want to update. Note: If you can’t edit the Company name, Legal name, or EIN, or you see Error -7000, edit your company info in your payments and payroll accounts first.
  3. Select Save, then Done.

Moreover, there are other areas (such as sales form messages, locations, payments, and payroll company details) that require manual updating of your business information after making changes. QuickBooks cannot automatically update them, so manual processes are essential. For complete guidance, you can refer to this article: Change your business name, contact info, or EIN in QuickBooks Online.

After that, you may opt to contact our Support for confirmation or if you need assistance with sending supporting documents.

On the other hand, if you want to update your company's legal name, you'll have to complete the Business Name Change Request form and submit it to our Customer Care team for processing. This ensures all your tax filing data is updated. For more information about this, please see this article: Change business or contact names on your account.

Also, it's possible to have multiple businesses under a single QBO account. Each company file requires its own paid subscription, but they can be accessed using the same login credentials. If you wish to know more about this, you can check out this article: Create or add another company file to QuickBooks Online.

We'll always be around if you need further assistance managing your Intuit account and correcting business details in QBO. Drop your comments below, and we'll ensure to help you out.

How do I email customer service?

Intuit doesn't care. I called them three times last week and had three conversations. I was promised outreach in every instance. They just close out the case and move on. The last person I spoke with even told me that is usually what they do and move on with a casual attitude. Horrible program. Horrible company. Horrible support.

I've had this problem too - I need an email so there is a paper trail. And sometimes things can't be solved in a five minute webchat.

The staff MUST have email addresses.
