In QuickBooks Desktop, the fields for CC and BCC for emails were set per customer. All of my customers want invoices copied to a primary contact and secondary contact and accounting. Having to manually add these every time I send an invoice is a real lose of functionality from the Desktop version.
is there a way to store multiple emails for customers? alot of times they have a billing email but the estimates and even copies of invoices need to go to a different email. it would be great to have a default email, with a drop down list that we could store alternative emails for specific correspondence.
I understand how important it is to have an option to choose other alternative emails in QuickBooks Desktop, Chris.
For now, having the option to choose multiple emails as your default or main is unavailable. As a workaround, you can use the email address under the CC email or alternative emails found in the Customer's Profile. Please see the screenshot attached:
On the other hand, you can send feedback to let our product team know how this feature is needed for your business. To do so, follow the steps outlined below:
Furthermore, QuickBooks provides several reports that you can generate. You'll only have to customize them to ensure you'll get the data you need. I've added this article for more details: Customize Reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

My question is, I have a client who wants to use: info at (using the symbol). [email address removed] as their billing address. However, I want to also send as a cc to a particular person on my client's staff, this same email. However, I certainly don't want to cc this particular person on every one of the invoices that I send to other clients each month, only to the one client. How can this be done?
I saw this email correspondence that took place back in April 2019, but it was not of much help. Has QuickBooks addressed and fixed this issue in the last 5 years?
Sincerely,
John Adams
So based on the response, it is not currently possible to add CC email addresses stored in "Customer Information" to populate on an invoice. How do I submit this as a suggested addition to Quickbooks Online ? Thanks !
Hello there, John.
Currently, we're unable to add a CC email address to a customer's profile in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and auto-populate it in invoices.
I understand that this feature would be helpful for you to streamline your invoicing process in QBO. Don't worry. I'll help you relay your valuable insight to our software engineers so they can consider incorporating your suggestion in our future product upgrades.

Is there an automatic function to have the payment remittances set up with an additional CC or BC email address? The only option I have found is to type in another email address for each and every payment remittance. There must be an easier way?
Hi cherylmck,
In QuickBooks Online Canada, you can easily enter additional email address within the supplier profile. You'll simply enter a comma, followed by a space, between each email to include. This saves as default, saving valuable time when sending remittance forms from QuickBooks Online.
