Priority Circle benefits are automatically included with your active, paid subscription to either QuickBooks Enterprise or QuickBooks Online Advanced. There is no additional fee for Priority Circle.

Premium 24/7 support is your direct line to top-tier QuickBooks support agents. When you call from your registered phone number, you will be connected with these agents – 24/7. You can also ask for a call back or start a chat from the Help menu in your QuickBooks product.

Go to access your training above and click on “Training Dashboard”. All courses are available to you as long as you are eligible for Priority Circle. Take as many courses as you like and need.

As long as you’re eligible for Priority Circle, you’ll have access to all the training offered on the training dashboard.

Any user on your company’s QuickBooks Enterprise or QuickBooks Advanced account can access Priority Circle benefits using their own login.

• QuickBooks Online Advanced users: Go to My Experts from the dashboard in QuickBooks and select Priority Circle.
• QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise users: The admin on your account must first add the user. Once this is completed, the user can sign in to the Priority Circle website using their Intuit account.
