Optimizing Your Move to QuickBooks Online

FOR QUICKBOOKS ONLINE ACCOUNTANT CUSTOMERS WHO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES OFFER WHEN YOU PURCHASE QUICKBOOKS ONLINE SUBSCRIPTIONS – EXPIRES JULY 31, 2023

Eligibility: This offer is eligible to accounting firms who register or have registered for QuickBooks Online Accountant (“QBOA”) and use the Wholesale Discount option (firm is billed) for the QuickBooks Online (“QBO”) subscription fees. To take advantage of this offer, you must contact your account manager and purchase the number of QBO subscriptions as indicated below.

• 2-hour Optimizing Your Move to QBO: One (1) QBO Advanced subscription or two (2) QBO Plus subscriptions or three (3) QBO Essentials subscriptions

The QBO subscriptions must be purchased through your account manager. If you do not have an account manager, you can call 1-888-781-7029 between 9AM and 7PM EST. The Wholesale Discount invoice option (firm is billed) means that the QBOA user agrees to pay for the QBO subscription fees (“Wholesale Billing”). The QBO subscription must be registered to a new QBO customer. Offer valid only in Canada.

Pricing: All subscriptions must be purchased at the same time. Offer expires July 31, 2022. List price subject to change at any time at Intuit’s sole discretion. All prices are quoted without sales tax. If you add or remove services, your service fees will be adjusted accordingly.

Training and Implementation Services: Subject to Company’s responsibility for Content and Use of the Services under the Intuit Terms of Service, at Intuit’s option, Intuit may, from time to time, make available to Company training and implementation services with Company’s purchase of the Bundle Offer. Company will be provided with options to schedule the training within the first eight (8) weeks of your purchase, after which, the training options will expire. Company is responsible for scheduling the training and implementation service(s). The Company is eligible for one of the training and implementation services sessions listed in the table above. Offer is non-transferable and non-refundable.

Billing: The QBOA customer's account will automatically be charged on a monthly basis until the billing for subscription is transferred to the QBO client or the subscription is terminated. The first bill date will be on the date of enrollment unless the QBOA customer already has other QuickBooks subscriptions through Wholesale Billing, in which case the charge will be deferred to the next existing bill date at a prorated rate for all active subscriptions. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card or bank account tied to your account.

Cancellation: You may remove subscriptions from your Wholesale Billing at any time. Transfer of the billing for the subscription to your QBO client will become effective immediately and where the QBO client will then be responsible for continuing their subscription at the then-current list price. You will receive a prorated refund on the next bill date. Transfer of the billing for the subscription will not terminate the QBOA customer’s user rights. Subscriptions purchased as part of this offer must remain active and paid for, for a minimum of twelve (12) months from the date of enrollment. If a customer cancels or downgrade any of their subscriptions before twelve (12) months, Intuit reserves the right to charge the full dollar value of the services consumed at $175/hour. Intuit reserves the right to cancel or modify any or all of the training and implementation services at any time.

You may cancel in the following circumstances, unless as otherwise mutually agreed to by the Parties in writing;

1. Your client using the subscription ceases the operations of their business for any reason.

2. Your client decides to discontinue their relationship with You, and also discontinues the use of QuickBooks Online.

QuickBooks Online requires a persistent internet connection (a high-speed connection is recommended) and a computer with a supported Internet browser or a mobile phone with a supported operating system (see System Requirements). Network fees may apply.
