I tried following this as i am having a similar issue. However, I do NOT see anything that says "Details" after i select the service. I just have quickbooks online and quickbooks payments is all i see pop up under products and services.

If you need to update your QuickBooks Online subscription information, you'll have to sign in to your books.
1. Log in as the Master or Company Admin.
2. Use your Gear (⚙️) icon, then choose Account and settings.
3. Open the Billing Subscription tab.
4. Click the Pencil (✏️) icon beside your payment method.
5. Update your credit card details.
6. Confirm the address in QuickBooks matches what's on your credit card statement.
7. Once everything looks correct, select Confirm Card or Save.

Since you haven't seen an expected charge for your subscription, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and conduct further research.
They can be reached while you're using QuickBooks.
