I tried following this as i am having a similar issue. However, I do NOT see anything that says "Details" after i select the service. I just have quickbooks online and quickbooks payments is all i see pop up under products and services.
Thoughts?

If you need to update your QuickBooks Online subscription information, you'll have to sign in to your books.
Here's how:
1. Log in as the Master or Company Admin.
2. Use your Gear (⚙️) icon, then choose Account and settings.
3. Open the Billing Subscription tab.
4. Click the Pencil (✏️) icon beside your payment method.
5. Update your credit card details.
6. Confirm the address in QuickBooks matches what's on your credit card statement.
7. Once everything looks correct, select Confirm Card or Save.

Looks like I have to work through my CPA to update subscription billing details. I don't have the rights/permissions to view subscription details.
I've checked our credit card information and it is correct. However, I have not seen a charge for the annual renewal.

Since you haven't seen an expected charge for your subscription, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care Team. They'll be able to pull up your account in a secure environment and conduct further research.

i have QB Desktop Pro 2020. I have spent HOURS talking to people in India and they do not understand my question! My account does not have a payment method. Not sure why I did with previous accounts, but not with this one. The Payment Method is blank and can not be accessed. No one on the phone can help. I told them I have an annual payroll subscription renewal and monthly usage charges. They told me not to worry about it, so guess we will see what happens when they try to charge the credit card I cancelled ...

Meanwhile, if you wish to update your payroll account's billing and subscription info, make sure to log in as an admin to your account so that you can update your billing information. Otherwise, the payment option will be available.

Please note only the Primary contact of the QuickBooks account can update the billing info. You can change the credit card or account you use to pay for QuickBooks Desktop and services like a payroll through our CAMPS website.

For payroll billing, there's an alternative way you can update information directly in QuickBooks. You can go to the My Payroll Service section and select the Account/Billing Information option.

If you're trying to update your billing info on the CAMPS website, ensure to sign in as an admin user and follow these steps to complete this task:
If you encounter any subscription errors, install the latest update for your version of QuickBooks Desktop. This makes sure you have the latest features and often fixes subscription errors.
If the issue persists, I suggest running the QuickBooks Tool Hub. Sometimes a damaged Windows file prevents QuickBooks Desktop from connecting to our online services.
