Where do I find the product number for Enterprise Accountant 2024?  We have active licenses and received an email that 2024 was available for download, but it is not showing up in our CAMPS account.  When I download directly from the Intuit website, I don't see the product number listed anywhere, and I can't install without it.

I just found it!  If you select "PAP Enterprise Software Bundle" then on the lower half of the screen, there is a section titled "Included in this plan."  If you select "Show More" you should see an option for Enterprise.  Clicking this link will take you to your download page and list your license/product number.  Intuit is really not making it easy for us to keep using the desktop software!

I'm having the same problem.  I can not download 2024.  I have gone to the ProAdvisor page, selected down load and I have nothing to select for QB 2024.  I have used the QuickBooks Help page for this issue and I tried to use CAMPs, but it circles me right back to the same page I was at originally.    It takes me in circles.  I do not get the screen that you have shown as an example.  I need assistance but none of the support centers have been able to help me.  How do I get it to download when the "download" selection is not blue.

Wondering.. is the only 2024 accountant's version now the enterprise version?  Did Intuit get right of the premier accountant's version?

Did intuit get rid of the Premier version of Accountant for 2024?  Does this mean the only 2024 accountant's version is now an enterprise version???

I should not have to call the sales department to simply get an answer as to whether Intuit has discontinued the PREMIER VERSION OF ACCOUNTANT'S DESKTOP.

Same download issue - we have renewed our PAP subscription which has always included (and we have already paid for) 2024 Premier version, not enterprise, where do I find this?

This is really not very accountant professional friendly - I don't really have time at year end to search for software links that I have already purchsed.

I'm here to assist you with your QuickBooks (QB) download issue, Lisa.

To get started with your download, you can visit the Downloads & Updates page to obtain the download link for your version of QB.

ProAdvisors can log into the QB ProAdvisor Center to download their software, while Accountants can log into CAMPS to download their software.

To download your installation file, follow these steps:

1. From the Downloads & Updates page, choose your country, product, and version.

2. Click on the Download button.

If you already have QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) and want to upgrade your product to a newer version, you can check out the Upgrade to a New Desktop version article.

Once you have downloaded QBDT, follow these steps to install it:

1. If this is your first time, set up a multi-user network and install QuickBooks Database Server Manager before proceeding with the installation.

2. Ensure that your computer meets the system requirements, and have your product and license number handy.

3. Open the QuickBooks.exe file.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions, accept the software license agreement, and then select "Next".

5. Enter your product and license numbers, and then hit "Next".

You have two options when installing QB: you can either choose the express install or custom and network install.

Express Install:

We recommend this option if you are a first-time user, reinstalling QB, or using QB on one computer (not as part of a network of computers).

1. Select "Express" and then "Next".

2. Click "Install".

3. When the installation completes, hit "Open QuickBooks".

Custom and Network Install:

We recommend this option if you install QB somewhere other than the default location (such as on a server), host your company files on a server, or have a multi-user network.

So much time wasted on this!  Here is the way to find 2024 items in camps:

1. Under Products and Services: click on "Show more product and details"
2. In Search: type PAP
3. In search results, click on "details" of the most recent PAP purchase
4. Under Included in this Plan, click "show more"
5. Click on the relevant software (in this case Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Accountant Plus Subscription Current Version)  It will show the download link, license and product key

The link you provided to download QuickBooks 2024 is ONLY for Enterprise version.  I need the link to download QuickBooks Accountant Desktop 2024.  I received the email saying "Your QuickBooks Accountant Desktop 2024 upgrade is now available" but QuickBooks Accountant Desktop 2024 is NOT in my portal.  The website is taking me in circles - never to an option to download QuickBooks Accountant Desktop 2024.

Regarding it not showing up in your CAMPS portal, it's likely that the 2024 version is associated with a different account. That would explain why you can't see it there.

I fear installing and updating my 2023 QB Desktop Accountant to 2024 version as I worry it will require me to update all my customer files  but I share a cloud storage file with a client that is still using Desktop 2023 and I don't want to force him into upgrading prior to his purchase deadline.  Can you confirm if Accountants can still open and operate multiple years of the Desktop software without requiring all "company files" installed to be upgraded?

On the other hand, since you're exchanging a cloud storage file with your client, you can let them know if you intend to upgrade to the 2024 edition. Don't remove your QBD 2023. You can run QBD 2023 and 2024 on the same machine at the same time.
