To invite your employee:
Your employees will receive an invitation through their email. Once they accept the invitation, they can view their pay stubs at workforce.intuit.com.

I have tried for weeks to retrieve my check stubs to no avail!! I keep getting a message to refresh it does not work please contact me3615631988 I have also tried calling and am not able to get past the automated operator! please help

One possible reason why you're unable to view your check stubs through QuickBooks Workforce is that your employer or previous employer is no longer have an active payroll subscription. Employees whose employer was using QuickBooks Online Payroll will have 12 months to access it after cancellation. For QuickBooks Desktop Payroll, employees will lose access immediately.
If the employer is new to this setup, they need to upload past pay stubs so you can see them online. You'll want to reach out to your employer or previous employer so they can assist you with it.

Let’s roll out the possibility of a browser cache issue. Stored cache for a while causes unusual behavior to your browser. Thus, it can affect the performance of your Workforce account. To verify this, let’s access your account on a private window (incognito).
You can use these keyboard shortcuts keys in accessing a private window depending on the browser you’re using:
Once open, access your Workforce account and retrieve your check stubs. If you’re able to achieve this, then we’ll need to go back to your regular web browser and delete its cache. This will make your browser to function efficiently and prevent unusual behavior in the future.
If the issue persists, try using other browsers. This way, we can see and check if this is a browser integrated issue instead. Also, due to the pandemic, we’re facing right now, we're having limited staffing.

Everytime I login to print of my check stubs it says that it is not working. I really need to print them off today
I can help you with resolving the error you're having to print your check stubs successfully, @mzcurtis89.
First, try to make sure to install and register an updated Adobe Acrobat or Reader. You'll need this app to print paychecks or view forms in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can get this or check the latest version by going to the Adobe website.
Once done, try printing your paychecks. If you're still having an error, try clearing your cookies and temporary internet files. It stores temporary internet files from your browsing history. However, as it collects too many files, this may cause performance issues in your account. This might be the reason why you can't print check stubs.
Sign in to your QBO account using a private browser. This helps isolate the issue since it doesn’t store data in the cache. Here are the following keyboard shortcuts:
If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after.
You can also try to process or print those checks and pay stubs using other supported browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge) if the steps above didn’t work.
