Hi there, BJBlanton82 Tax1.
Welcome back to the QuickBooks Community. I'll be sharing details to ensure you'll be able to update your credit card so you can renew your payroll subscription.
To start renewing your payroll account and change credit card information, you'll have to sign in to your QuickBooks Desktop. Then, make sure that you're one of the authorized users so you can perform the process seamlessly. Please follow the steps or details shared above to achieve this matter.
After updating billing info, you'll have to close and reopen your QuickBooks Dekstop program to ensure that the latest CC details show up in the system.
Then, I suggest updating your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release so you always have the latest features and fixes. I also recommend the same thing for your payroll tax table. This way, you have the most current and accurate rates and calculations for supported state and federal tax tables, payroll tax forms, and e-file and payment options.
Please refer to this article to see various details on how QuickBooks Desktop populates each line on form 941 and an equivalent report from your payroll software: How QuickBooks populates the 941.
Feel free to get back here in the Community if you need help with managing your payroll transactions or anything else related to QuickBooks. Take care and stay safe always.

I had to get a replacement for my credit card. How to I update the credit card number for online banking so that I can download my transitions?
Hello there, @Cubemtn.
I'm here to lend a hand in updating your credit card information for online banking,
As mentioned by my colleague FritzF, you'll need to disconnect the old account and reconnect the replacement when online services are activated. Since there's no option to update it right away.
To do this, here's how to disconnect:
Once done, reconnect the credit card account using the replacement card.
For more information about this process, see this article: Edit Bank Feed settings for bank or credit card accounts. It contains other details about changing your login and info about your bank account.
Then, once your bank transactions download, see this resource: Add and match Bank Feed transactions in QuickBooks Desktop. It will help you in managing your bank transactions.
You can count on me if there's anything else you need. Have a nice day, @Cubemtn.
