I cannot actually do that...
I have 4 company files I have been maintaining for our businesses. they all have different usernames and passwords and email addresses at different domains used for billing and sales.
When I select my username and hit continue...
I also have a cpa who established payroll for us on managed payroll - and it runs on intuit... so I have an account on intuit - and I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO ESTABLISH MORE ACCOUNTS!

It makes me sad to see users canceling their subscriptions. You'll want to upgrade or downgrade your QuickBooks Online subscription instead depending on your needs.

This allows you to access your pay stubs and W-2s. I'll show you how:

Once done, you can now access your paychecks on a computer or mobile browser, not using the QuickBooks app.
