Hi there, @usershannon1.
Resending a workforce invitation to your employee's new email address is easy peasy. You'll just need to cancel the access and resend the invitation to the new email address. Here's how:
After resending the invitation, your employee will receive a new invitation. I'm adding this article for more guidance: Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs, W-2s, and more.
You might also want to provide this article to your employees: View your paychecks and W-2s in QuickBooks Workforce. This will help them see their paychecks, W-2s, and personal info in Workforce.
Keep in touch if you need more assistance inviting your employees to workforce. I'm still open to your replies, @usershannon1.

This solution does not work as the option:
"Next to We’ve invited [employee] to view their pay stubs ..." is not available
Thanks for joining in this thread, @mgibson77. I'm here to help ensure you can resend the invitation, so your employee can view their paystubs online again.
To send invitations to employees again, you’ll need to log in to QuickBooks as a company admin or master admin. After that, let's enter the email address of your employees on the Email field, then check the Invite this employee to view their pay stubs and W-2s online option. This way, QuickBooks will automatically invite them for online paycheck access upon saving their profile.
If you initially invited the employee to QuickBooks Workforce, only then is the We’ve invited employee to view their pay stubs together with the Resend link visible. Let's try deleting your employee's email address and save it. Once done, log out of your QuickBooks account and then log back in.
Here's an article you can read to learn more about how you can invite your employees for online paycheck access: Invite employees to see pay stubs and W-2s online.
I've also included this helpful article to learn more about the Workforce and how it works: View your paychecks and W-2s online in QuickBooks Workforce.
I appreciate your patience while we're working on it. Reach out to me if you have any clarifications or other concerns. I’m more than happy to help.
Same here. There is not option to revoke or resend.
Good morning, @Washburn22.
Thanks for joining in on this thread. I hope your day is going well so far. Let's work together so that you're able to send this invite again to your employee.
If none of these steps above worked, the best route would be to delete the employee and make a new profile for that employee with a new email to send the invitation again.
In the end, if the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Customer Support Team for further assistance. Here's how:
It's that easy!

Does this work for QuickBooks Time as well?
Hi mconlin,
I'm here to ensure your employees can view their paychecks online.
You can send an invitation so your employees can view their paystubs online by logging into the QuickBooks Workforce page.
On the QuickBooks Time page, you can only add team members, enter a pay rate, edit team member profiles, and so on.
I've added this article that has detailed information on how you can view the paystubs online:
I'll be around whenever you have concerns with sending an invitation. I've got your back.
the directions do not work for me

Let me know if there's anything that I can help you with. I'll be happy to assist you further. Stay safe, and have a wonderful day!
I also am having this problem. I initially entered the employee email address incorrectly. The invite was sent to an incorrect email address. When I edit and correct the email address in the employee's information, it does not let me change it in the "invite" screen. I've seen the information about canceling the invite, but I do not have this option. I also saw the suggestion to delete the employee, but the employee has already been paid twice so this is not an option. Please assist. Thank you

I am using QB Enterprise and I have the same issue I need to correct an email.
I updated the email in the employee setup, logged out and back in, but when I go to Employees: Manage Payroll Cloud Service it will still show the old email. It will let me change the email there but as soon as I click invite it defaults to the old (wrong) email.
Can you please provide solutions for the desktop version. I am using QB Enterprise but it is the as the desktop version. This should not need need a call to Intuit, this should be a simple solution....
Hi there, Daantje65.
I'm here to make sure you'll be able to send the invite to your employees correct email in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).
To start with, you'll have to update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release. This is to keep your software up-to-date so you always have the latest features and fixes while running QuickBooks.
Once done, we can proceed with updating your tax table. This way, we can ensure that you stay compliant with paycheck calculations.
Here’s how:
Lastly, we can send payroll data to show you the correct email address: Send direct deposit paychecks in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll.

Here is the answer as of 10-18-23
1. Go to Employees
2. choose the specific employee
3. Do NOT go in the personal information box.
4. Click on the green action rectangle in the top right corner
5. Turn off workforce (the trick here is that you have to turn off workforce fro that specific employee and then immedianlty turn workfoce back on before you are allowed to resend.
These steps come in handy if an employee has lost their phone, got a new iphone or got a new cell phone number.

There is no place on the desktop Quickbooks under Personal Info to opt out or revoke a person from Workforce. He has tried to go to the site by using my invitation and it will not recognize the site
he is told to click on. Seems like no "help" ever matches instructions see in directions.
The desktop version of QuickBooks has a different way of revoking a person from QuickBooks Workforce, Montcalm. I'll guide you through the process so you can send a new invitation to your employee and enable them to access their pay stubs and W-2s online.
With QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you can cancel the QuickBooks Workforce invite in the Payroll Setup window. To do this, here's how:
After that, go to the Employee Center if you wish to update the employee's email address. Then, resend your invitation. Refer to the steps below to complete the procedure:
You can learn more about canceling and sending another invitation by checking out this article: Resend or cancel an invitation to QuickBooks Workforce.
Once the invitation is accepted, employees can see their time off balances and year-to-date pay and print their pay stubs online or in the Workforce mobile app. To guide them through the steps, you can share with them this article: View your pay stubs, time off, and year-to-date pay in QuickBooks Workforce.
Please feel free to visit our QuickBooks Community forum again if you have other concerns about QuickBooks Workforce and managing employees in QBDT. I'm always here to help.
