It would be good to mention that you must be in the business view, not the accountant view. Accountant view won't let you view the 941s (oddly).
It has always printed before but now does not give me a print option?
I want to ensure you can print the 941 form, focusnews.
To begin, let's perform basic troubleshooting steps. You may have accumulated too much historical data. Whenever you visit a website, it saves some information from the web page in its cache and cookies. These files allow the websites you visit most often to load faster. Not to worry, clearing them will do the trick.
First, let's try accessing your account through an incognito window to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue. You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
Once done, print 941 again. If it works, switch back to your regular browser. Then, clear its cache. This way, you can access QuickBooks with a clean slate. You can also use a different supported one.
Additionally, if you have the download option, you can click it and then print.

Hi I need to know how I can print 941 forms on a quickbooks desktop. if you could tell me how that would be wonderful
Thank you
@pcsfinalclean Desktop is easy enough. Wherever your QuickBooks company file is located on your computer, there will be a folder labelled '(Company Name) Tax Form History' which will contain all of the payroll tax forms you've ever printed, assuming the checkbox to do so was marked.
By default, QuickBooks saves it to the Users>(User Name)>Public Documents>Intuit>QuickBooks>Company Files path on your computer. This can be navigated to easily by opening the File Explorer and moving to the C drive, which contains the Users folder.
That said, you can choose to have placed your QuickBooks Company File elsewhere, and the folders will generally follow it wherever it goes. If such is the case with you, you can check where your company file is located through the Open Previous Company submenu of the File menu within the QuickBooks program.
It will display all the company files you have opened within that QuickBooks program year, as well as the file path to access them.
I've got you covered, @pcsfinalclean.
If you have already filed your payroll form, QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) allows you to easily view and print your Form 941 in the Filing Forms tab. I'd be glad to show you how to achieve this.
However, if you haven't filed your Form 941 yet, you can still print it in the process of filing your form in the Manage Filing Methods. To do that, here's how:
In case you want to review the status of your e-filed report, I encourage you to open this link: Check e-file or e-pay status. This is to ensure that your payment or form is received by the agency promptly.
Furthermore, you can run payroll reports in QBDT to get a closer look at your business finances.
Keep us posted if you have further questions about managing your payroll forms in QBDT. Well always be here in the Community to help. Keep safe.
