When we clicked Details, we didn't see any validation code but the form to update our credit card credential. Afaik, yet we are only get the Validation Code from Support.
If you are unable to login to CAMPS and find your license info in there, Support won't recognize your license. You don't have any choice but purchasing a new license.
None of those options are working since apparently you have suspended my account for some unknown reason

Login to your CAMPS and you will find the installation code and product code. Then you have to contact Support to ask the validation code.
How old? 2017 or older? You cannot reinstall from a disk as there are no longer updates to the newest version.
BTW, your codes are within the old program on the old computer. Open QBDT, Help>About and you will see license and product code
