If you're an employer, you can go to the Payroll tax menu and print your W-2 forms from there. Here's how:

However, if you're an employee, you can log in to your QuickBooks Workforce account and go to the W-2 menu to get a copy. If you haven't set up your account yet, you'll want to coordinate with your employer and ask them to invite you to the QuickBooks Workforce.

When you reconcile, you compare your real-life bank or credit card statement with your bank account in QuickBooks. You'll need to make sure everything is accurate and matches each amount.
Same with balancing your checkbook, you need to do this review in QuickBooks too. This way, you know your accounts are balanced and accurate. I want to share these links that can guide with performing a reconciliation:
