We know you still have some data outside of QuickBooks. Bring in existing product, customer, or service information directly from spreadsheets instead of entering data manually. If there's anything else (not in the spreadsheet) you need to add to complete your entries, QuickBooks will prompt you so that your information is accurate and complete. Easily import contacts from Address Book/Contacts and Gmail and flag them as Customers, Vendors, or Employees.
NEW! Get paid faster by offering Intuit Payment Network as a payment method3
Add an Intuit Payment Network electronic link to emailed and printed invoices, and have payments deposited directly to your bank account. It's convenient for your customers (they don't have to be members of IPN), and you get paid faster too. Transactions are automatically downloaded to QuickBooks so that you can keep track of them. All you pay is 50¢ per bank transaction - no monthly, setup, or cancellation fees.

Important disclaimers, disclosures and notes
1 QuickBooks for Mac 2013 can upgrade files from QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Accountant Editions for Windows v2011–2013, New User Edition v5–2006 and QuickBooks for Mac v4.0 (M12)–2012 (U.S. versions). It can convert Quicken Mac 2007 register transactions for use with QuickBooks, but adjustments may be required before using the file. See www.useqb.com/Switch2Mac for differences between QuickBooks for Mac and Windows.
2 Data Import is a transfer feature (not sync) – data from source is matched with QuickBooks and user can choose what to bring in. User can choose to bring in contacts from sources (Gmail, Mac AB) as many time as needed. QuickBooks does not sync with Address Book or Contacts. This feature supports native Address Book that is covered by the OS of the computer (ex. Version 6.1 on Lion). See software integration requirements.
3 Requires merchant account through Intuit Payment Network, provided by Intuit Payment Solutions. Application approval, an Internet connection, and a supported web browser required.
