I would recommend deleteing all payment information, so QB can't keep taking payment. (Seems to be what they do)

I need to cancel my subscription too. but when i go to the subcriptions and billings page there is no cancel button to choose. please cancel my account or i will simply file a complaint with my bank.

No offense guys, given this has been an issue for over 3 weeks and you're a major brand in the accounting space, this looks really bad on your company. It's a simple issue to fix, really.

There is no Billing and subscription button!
The Billing and Subscription page is accessible by your Master Admin or to any Company Admin users that are given access to it. You can ask the Master admin to cancel your subscription.

Classic grifter scheme, remove the cancel button option and make someone call customer service. I'm not even surprised anymore with this company. Are you still pretending to be fixing this? I have the same issue.

There are times that that browser is full of frequently accessed page resources. It might cause unusual behavior in the program, such as the cancel button option is missing or unable to discontinue the subscription. To fix this, I recommend logging in to your QuickBooks account using a private browser. This is to rule out the possibility of a webpage issue, and private browsing doesn't store local files or cache.
Use these keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.
If it works in incognito, I recommend clearing the cache of your regular browser. This removes the history or log of sites so you can start with a clean slate. You can check this article to see the steps: Clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online.
If the steps above didn't work, use another supported browser as alternatives.
If the issue persists, I suggest going to the Help icon. From there, you can fill in a piece of information so an expert can call you back. Usually, you're eligible for a refund if you purchased QuickBooks Online (QBO) within 60 days of the purchase date under our satisfaction guarantee. However, there are a couple of exceptions:
• If you purchased QuickBooks through Google Play or Apple’s App Store, you’ll need to request a refund from them.
• All refund requests will need to adhere to our QuickBooks refund policy.
You've got two options on how to request a refund. First, you can fill out the Intuit refund request form. For more info, please see this article: Request a refund for your QuickBooks product.

I need to cancel prescription and get refund for Payroll on line.
I have not used the prescription yet and at this time I'm not going to have any employees.
