Login to your CAMPS to make sure which license type you have. If you see it is QB Desktop Pro Plus or Premier Plus, you bought a subscription license.
I no longer wish to use quickbooks. I was running club treasurer. I have now retired.
My replacement does not use quickbooks.

But I'd like to lay down the steps and details on how you can cancel your subscription. We can go to your Account and settings page to cancel your subscription. Here's how to do it:
Take note that if you subscribed from Google Play or Apple Play Store, you won't be able to cancel the subscription directly in QuickBooks.
There's a different way of canceling your account depending on where you purchased it.

Please know that your data will no longer be editable after cancellation, but you will still be able to view it for a full year. The system will automatically erase all of your data after a year.
We can utilize the program's export functions to create an archive or copy of our data if necessary (we can do this before and after canceling): Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

Even though you won’t be able to edit your data after cancellation, you will still be able to view it for a full year before the system automatically erases all of your data. I cancelled our subscription for QuickBooks for one of our companies, [removed] because we are no longer working as of December 2021. You are still deducting $60 each month even after I cancelled this subscription. We are no longer in business and have no payroll. Please look at my original cancellation for this company.
