I helped an employee resolve this error today: "We weren't able to show your payroll info Refreshing your screen often fixes the problem."
He needed to be invited through the new workforce.intuit.com sign up process that can only be done with the employer's help. As you can see in the instructions, the employer's master admin must sign in to QBO, edit the employee profile to include the employee's email, then check the box for inviting the employee to view pay stubs.
The employee started with the company during the transition from paychecks.intuit.com to workforce.intuit.com. I believe the employee signed up at paychecks.intuit.com during the transition, and he only saw errors about refreshing his screen.
Today, his employer emailed him the new invitation to workforce.intuit.com. Through the emailed link, the employee was able to view the pay stubs after a month of getting error messages. Hopefully this helps someone else. Very frustrating since I called QBOA ProAdvisor support and they were unable to help.
Trying to access viewmypaycheck
Hello Maria26 and ShawTeresa64!
ViewMyPaycheck is now changed to QuickBooks Workforce.
You can invite your employees to access their paystubs online using KristineMae's steps above. Your employees can open the email sent by Intuit, and they can click the Get access for paychecks link to create an account online. If they have an existing Intuit account, they can use the same credentials.

How do I keep my same account with a new email? To view pay checks
How do I keep my same account with a new email? To view pay checks
You can change the information within your account, Jessiecopes2017.
Follow these steps to update your email if you're able to log in to your Workforce account:
We'll send you an email confirmation to the new email address as soon as the changes have been confirmed.
In case you can no longer access your account and the old email address, you can submit an Email Change Request. Here's how:
Then, wait for the email confirmation that the information is already updated. More details about this process are discussed here: How To Change The User ID Or Email Address For QuickBooks Workforce

Hello, some of my employees are also receiving the message ""We weren't able to show your payroll info Refreshing your screen often fixes the problem." and they are getting super frustrated about my inability to help them. Is there a way t o fix this?
Hi there, @alooney.
This issue is recently reported and already closed. And I'd be happy to share with you the troubleshooting steps made by our engineers to fix this error.
You can let your employees log in to their QuickBooks Workforce account using a different or a private browser to check if it's a browser issue.
To use a private browser, here's how:
If this works, it means that you need to clear your browser's cache so the system can start fresh.
If the issue persists, I recommend sending your employees a hard copy of their paycheck so they can view it. And also, you may try resending the invitation to a different email address.
Also, I suggest contacting our Technical Support Team so they can open a new investigation if employees are still getting the same error.
Please touch base with me here for all of your QuickBooks needs, I'm always happy to help. Thanks for dropping by.
Do not know how to sign up for into it I am an employee
Thank you for joining in the thread, @Timzphone.
I suggest reaching your employer to send an invitation email to you. Once you accept the invitation, you’ll be able to create your own Intuit Workforce account.
Let me share some overview once you receive the email.
Look for an email from Intuit services (QBOPayrollNoReply@intuit.com). Open the email and choose the Get access for paychecks link to accept the invitation. Create a new account on the workforce sign-in page.
Once done, log in to your QuickBooks Workforce account. You can view your paychecks from the left menu. For more details, on accessing your paychecks and W-2 online click this link: Access your paychecks and W-2’s online
Don't hesitate to post again for your other concerns. Have a good day.

I need to know how to retrieve a link for the Workforce site. Apparently we didn't receive that notice. It says we are not connected to Payroll but in fact we are of course, and have been for years. So, my employees, nor I, can access what used to be "View My Paycheck" and cannot seem to get logged into the new way of doing things. PLEASE HELP as it is end of year and I have processed W-2's, 1099's, etc. Thanks to anyone who can help me ASAP.
Thanks for joining this thread, lorit43,

Our engineers are already working on an investigation about the error that you're getting when signing up or logging in to QuickBooks Workforce.
Any updates from our engineers will be shared here to let you know if the issue has been resolved. In the meantime, you can reach out to your employer and ask for a printed copy of your pay stub.
Let me know if you need anything else.
My employees are getting a Something's Not Quite Right error that then redirects them to me. I have asked them to re-register, try different browsers, but nothing is working. Pretty bad in the state of CA with penalties for paystub noncompliance. What is the resolution here?
I appreciate the details you've provided, @KG15.
I understand the implications of any delay in providing your employees with a copy of their paystubs. Let me route you to the best available support so you'll be assisted further in letting your employees view their paystubs.

This didn't answer the question. I am experiencing the same problem and whenever I go to the paycheck screen it states "We weren't able to show your payroll infoRefreshing your screen often fixes the problem."
