I do i view my paycheck
Good day, Nalykim25!
Thank you for joining the thread. Viewing paystubs online is the most convenient way to check your salary. I’ll guide you on how to set this up, and how you can view your stubs.
First, you can ask your employer to send you an invitation to view your paystubs online.
Second, you will accept the invitation to set up your QuickBooks Workforce account.
Third, after the setup, you can view your paychecks and W-2s in QuickBooks Workforce.
Lastly, if you're experiencing the issue mentioned in the previous replies, please contact our Workforce Chat Team so they can assist you further using more tools. They are available on weekdays from 6 AM to 6 PM PST.
Let me know how the setup goes. I just want to make sure you're all set before I let you go. Take care!

How do i activate my paycheck
I’m delighted to have you here in the Community, @Mando82. I’ll assist you with your concern about paycheck in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Employees can sign up for QuickBooks Workforce. Before they do so, be sure to secure Social Security number (SSN) and the net amount of your most recent paycheck.
Employers must set up QuickBooks Workforce in order for payroll data to be automatically uploaded to Intuit's systems. This functionality is included in the QBO Payroll subscription cost and is available to all QBO Payroll customers.
You can also follow the steps outlined in this article's How do I Sign Up for QuickBooks Workforce section: Invite your employees to QuickBooks Workforce to see pay stubs, W-2s and more.
Let me know if you need further assistance with this feature formerly ViewMyPaycheck. The Community always has your back. Have a great day!

Can’t view paystub
I work for [company name removed]. I have not received a paystub since April 5, 2023 from you. I called the help desk and they sent me a test email and it came through. Why am I not receiving my paystubs on a reguloar basis. I have been getting them for over two years now. All of a sudden they stopped.

I appreciate your time for reaching out to us about your concern about payroll, Michael.
There are a couple of possible reasons why you stopped receiving your paystubs. This includes changes to the type of payroll subscription that your employer used, backdated paychecks, and paystubs not being uploaded to our system.
You can read more details about this here: Troubleshoot Missing Pay Stubs in QuickBooks Workforce.
I would suggest reaching out to your employees to check if any of the aforementioned possibilities have happened.
Aside form that, we have a dedicated chat support team for QuickBooks Workforce. They can also take a look at your account and check if there are any other reasons why you have not received your recent paystubs.
Open this article and go to the Get extra help section to get a chat support link: View Your Pay Stubs, Time Off, and Year-to-date Pay in QuickBooks Workforce.

[Removed]
Hi Rylee. Thank you for joining this thread.
I want to make sure you're taken care of. May I know what error you've seen and what updated form you need viewing with?
In addition, are you using a QuickBooks Online Payroll or Workforce account?
You can share screenshots and some information in this thread. This way, I can give efficient solutions and keep you on track. Stay safe always, and have a nice day.
Get your act together. I can't access my payroll info...that is a problem as I have a legal right to my paystubs and should NOT have to jump through a crap load of hoops in the process. In fact, it should not be "process". I'm disgusted.
Is this still on issue? I have an employee who can only see paystubs from 4 years ago and a different employer. He has been with us for almost a year now and still can't view his pay checks.
I can imagine the struggle of being unable to view paychecks, @VI421.
This isn't the impression we want you and your employee to have. I'm here to route you in the right direction of support to help you fix this issue.
Since your employee could not see those paystubs for a long time, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Payroll Support Team for assistance. They have the tools to investigate your account securely and provide possible solutions.
