I can't seem to find where i can update my credit card expiration date.
Thanks for dropping by the Community, @robinz46.
The steps to update credit card information in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) is pretty quick and easy! Before we proceed, ensure that you're signed in as the master admin or company admin.
Please refer to the steps below:
Once done, you can now proceed with running payroll for your employees. I suggest checking out this article for further guidance: How do I create a paycheck for an employee?

Thank you for trying to answer my question as to how to update my credit card info within QB. What you have suggested is the what I have tried several times. QB will not accept my sign in info.
I called QB and did the chat online also. They don't have an answer. I was told to change my password. I did and still couldn't get logged in.
I have been on QB over 20 years. This is a new problem with apparently no resolution.
It has wasted my time for several days.
Thanks for getting back to us, @robinz46.
I have an idea on how to reset your sign-in info. Intuit automatically sends you an email notification or sends you a confirmation code to authenticate any changes you make to your login info. You'll have an option to confirm your account in a different way. This way, you can sign in to your account maintenance page and update your billing information.
Here's how:
Enter the confirmation code and hit Continue.
After entering the code, look for the billing detail section in your Intuit account to update. For more details about managing Intuit account, check out this guide: My Account: Sign-in help.
If you're unable to sign-in still, download the Intuit Account Personal Name Change Form. This way, you can update your account information including your email address. Click this link for steps. Just scroll towards the "To edit authorized user's information" section.
You can also find the fax number or email address where you need to send the completed form.
Feel free to message me anytime if you have other QuickBooks questions. I'll be happy to answer them for you. Take care and have a nice weekend.
I am having the same problem that was posted here 2 months ago. I need to update the exp date on credit card for payroll center. I have tried logging in multiple times, I get the authentication code and enter my email and phone and it sends me in a loop and says "You've to use the right Intuit account to proceed" (nice English grammar by the way) I have called twice, chatted twice, have tried multiple ways to log in and wasted 2 full days of time on this. I have now tried the forgot my user ID or password and got the code and reset my password and now it is stuck in Account recovery with a spinning wheel for several minutes. I am getting quite agitated at this whole process. When I called they said they couldn't take my "sensitive information" over the phone but yet they had no problem taking my full credit card when I was purchasing this to begin with! Now they can't take an expiration date! This is not the time of year to be wasting days of my time with a software bug. I need to complete taxes and if this suspends my account I am going to be livid. FIX this!
Hi @sherrydark,
I’m so sorry you are in this loop and that you haven’t received the support you need. I know how frustrating that is and I definitely want to help. I know you have used the forgot user ID and password links. Have you tried the steps SheillaGraceA posted above to log in to CAMPs? I would recommend opening a private browser and trying these steps:
After entering the code, look for the billing detail section in your Intuit account to update.
For more details about managing Intuit account, check out this guide: My Account: Sign-in help.
Once you have logged in to CAMPs, you should be able to use the same credentials to log into your payroll subscription.
Please let me know how it goes. I’ll be looking for your reply. Take care!
My problem is that I can't update because you have the administrator and old email from 17 years ago. Call me. [removed]
We want this updated as much as you do, KAY2260. Let me help you get in touch with an agent.
