I'm here to help you pay your yearly subscription for QuickBooks Online. To be able to pay your yearly subscription, ensure that your credit or debit card you've entered in QuickBooks is active.

 

QuickBooks accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card with billing addresses based in the US. However, you can use any debit card that has a Visa or MasterCard symbol on it.

 

To update your card, here's how:

 

  1. Sign in as the Master or Company Admin.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙, then select Account and Settings.
  3. From the left menu, select Billing Subscription.
  4. Select Edit ✎ beside your payment method.
  5. Update your credit card info.
  6. Make sure the address in QuickBooks is the same as the one on your credit card statement.
  7. Once everything’s good, select Confirm card or Save.

I'm trying to cancel my service company name Art Lessons by Cindy XXX XXX XXXX  I no longer have need to your service...I no longer teach art.

 

 I'm no longer in business and completed my turbo Tax Business. When attempting to cancel service I get the following message

My 940 schedule is still pending 2/1/2021    even though though it shows COMPLETED  ( Not in progress )

 

I would very much like to cancel my intuit so I can cancel BILLING $50.00

Let's perform some troubleshooting solutions to contact our support agent, Remedy7.

 

There are times when a browser's cache data becomes full of frequent access to web pages or damaged. This causes the odd behavior where the Gear icon disappeared in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To better isolate this issue, let's try signing in to QBO using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:

  • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari browser: Command + Option + P

 

If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to delete those temporarily stored files and browsing history. The overtime collection of data can create corruption, however, removing this should fix the issue. You can also use supported, up-to-date browsers to roll out the possibility of a browser-related issue.

I  have one user who is having an issue changing the body of the template in Outlook when sending an invoice.

This started 3 to 4 weeks ago. She opens the template in Outlook and adds some text to let the customer know how late they are and then sends the email, but the email reverts back to the default text in the template. She can see that it didn't save her text when she looks in her sent items and when she does a test by sending it to me I receive the default text also. Another user doesn't have this problem, it send the email with changes. They are both on the latest version of QuickBooks and the same version of Outlook.

Currently, our software engineers are investigating this email issue. Rest assured, we're actively working to get this rectified the soonest. 

 

For now, I'd recommend giving us a short call or chat so we can add your account details to the list of affected users. Here's how to connect with us:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Help menu, then select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Enter any keyword, then press Enter.
  4. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  5. Enter "Changes in body of the email when sending through Outlook is not reflecting in the received email." in the description box.
  6. Select Let's talk or Continue, then choose Start a chat or Get a callback.

Once you're in, please provide this investigation number to our representative for a faster transaction: INV-58175.

 

In the meantime, you'll want to consider setting up webmail in QuickBooks company. You can utilize this option in sending the invoices that require a manual edit prior to emailing.

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as a primary admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then Account and settings.
  3. Select Billing & subscription tab.
  4. Next to your payment method, select Edit ✎ icon.
  5. Click Confirm card when you’re done.

I see that there are instructions to update payment information for a QuickBooks Online subscription in this thread. What Intuit products or subscriptions do you have that require new card details?

 

If you have a QuickBooks Desktop and a QuickBooks Desktop Payroll subscription, you can update your card details in the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) without the need to call phone support.

 

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com. Or learn more about signing in.
  2. Find your app or subscription in the Products & Services list.
  3. Select Details.
  4. In the Billing Information section, find Payment Method, then select Edit.
  5. Update your information.
  6. Select Save and Close.

I have been trying to resolve a billing issue since September 2024.  I have called every month since that time to get my issue resolved.  Each time I have spoken to a different representative who says that they are going to help me, they then tell me they are going to escalate my situation and call me back. They have never called me back.  In the mean time,  Intuit continues to withdraw from my back account. This is so frustrating experience!!!
