QuickBooks accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card with billing addresses based in the US. However, you can use any debit card that has a Visa or MasterCard symbol on it.

I'm trying to cancel my service company name Art Lessons by Cindy XXX XXX XXXX I no longer have need to your service...I no longer teach art.
I'm no longer in business and completed my turbo Tax Business. When attempting to cancel service I get the following message
My 940 schedule is still pending 2/1/2021 even though though it shows COMPLETED ( Not in progress )
I would very much like to cancel my intuit so I can cancel BILLING $50.00

There are times when a browser's cache data becomes full of frequent access to web pages or damaged. This causes the odd behavior where the Gear icon disappeared in QuickBooks Online (QBO). To better isolate this issue, let's try signing in to QBO using a private or incognito window. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data and helps us confirm browser-related issues. Here's how:

I have one user who is having an issue changing the body of the template in Outlook when sending an invoice.
This started 3 to 4 weeks ago. She opens the template in Outlook and adds some text to let the customer know how late they are and then sends the email, but the email reverts back to the default text in the template. She can see that it didn't save her text when she looks in her sent items and when she does a test by sending it to me I receive the default text also. Another user doesn't have this problem, it send the email with changes. They are both on the latest version of QuickBooks and the same version of Outlook.

If you have a QuickBooks Desktop and a QuickBooks Desktop Payroll subscription, you can update your card details in the Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPs) without the need to call phone support.

QB Online or QB Desktop?
I have been trying to resolve a billing issue since September 2024. I have called every month since that time to get my issue resolved. Each time I have spoken to a different representative who says that they are going to help me, they then tell me they are going to escalate my situation and call me back. They have never called me back. In the mean time, Intuit continues to withdraw from my back account. This is so frustrating experience!!!
