Hello, @Fairway LC.
Linking your new QB cash account debit card to your Apple Wallet is my top priority. This way, you can manage and track your debit card transactions as soon as possible.
Full of stored cache files on your browser can sometimes cause a problem like being unable to connect an account. With this, I'd recommend doing primary troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem.
We can begin by accessing your account in incognito. These browsers won't save any browsing histories.
Feel free to use these shortcut keys:
Once logged in, reconnect the account to verify it's already performing adequately. If you're able to do so, we'll have to go back to your normal browser and clear thae cache to drop the junk files. Using other supported browsers is a good option also.

Additionally, could you please let me know if you receive an error while linking your cash account to your apple wallet? Any extra information will help me provide an accurate explanation and resolution.
I'll be waiting for your response. Always remember that I'm eager to assist. Be safe.
I don’t think you understand fully what I’m asking... on my phone I have an app called wallet. It allows me to digitally store my credit cards and use my phone to pay. With my new QB cash account I received a QB branded VISA debit card that is connected to that QB Cash account. The debit card I believe is through Green Dot Bank (approved Apple Wallet bank). When I attempt to tie add it to the wallet... I receive an error that the card could not be added. That is my problem.
I can share some information on how to fix the error you're having to link your QuickBooks Cash account to your Apple wallet successfully, @Fairway LC.
Before linking it to your Apple Pay account have you activated it already? This could be the reason why you're encountering an error.

Thanks for your reply. I don't think this is an Apply Pay issue. The integration needs to come from the QB/ Green Dot side. This is the only card where I've experienced this issue. Is it possible to definitively confirm that QB Cash Visa does support Apply Pay?
I am having the same issue. Apple says when this error shows up, it is the bank’s integration that isn’t done correctly. With Green Dot being the Quickbooks bank, they should be able to confirm whether or not it can be added to Wallet. The three tech support agents at Quickbooks keep telling me I have to confirm something via text and I do not think they understand that’s not how wallet works. It’s not their app, it’s an Apple native OS setting. From what I could gather, other Green Dot cards are able to be added to Apple Pay, but the Quickbooks Cash card is not. This issue needs to be addressed asap or I will have several “replace my card” requests in the foreseeable future. My Apple Wallet is my primary means for all my debit and credit cards unless it is entirely not an option.
Hello there, @Patrick-Books.
Thanks for reaching back out to the Community. Linking your new QB cash account debit card to your Apple Wallet is my top priority.
I can see that you already reached out to our QuickBooks Payments Support about this. I'd still recommend contacting them. With their tools, a specialist can pull up and look into your account securely and help you trace the status of your payments. To do so, here's an article you can check for their contact numbers: Contact Payments Support.
I've added this article to learn more about Apple Pay:
In the future, the deposit should show within two business days. For further information, review this guide: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.
Reach out to me again if you have any other concerns or require further assistance managing your credit card transactions. I'll be right here to keep helping.
This is not about accepting payments with Apple Pay. This is about using the Quickbooks Cash Account Visa Debit by Green Dot for our own payment method elsewhere on Apple devices via Apple Wallet. You guys clearly are not reading these comments. Stop giving us canned copy/paste replies and escalate this to the right team. Quickbooks needs to get with Green Dot and make this work. It’s not the Quickbooks App or the website, it’s on the banking side. Green Dot supports it with their other cards, so perhaps their Quickbooks cards just got overlooked. It’s a whole process and acknowledgement of terms and conditions, so there might be a bigger reason behind it not working. Escalate this until someone can give us the answers… Does it work? Will it work in the future? When can we expect it to work?
I cannot get past the verification portion of this setup. I can either do a verification via TEXT message or phone call. If I try a TEXT verification, I never receive the code number to insert. If I try the phone verification, the phone number that is listed to call directs to a private law firm [removed]! One of the employees of this law firm have actually told me they have received numerous calls regarding this!
This is not an Apple Wallet issue. I cannot verify the debit card if Intuit/Quickbooks cannot complete their part of the process!!
Please fix this!
I received a notification from Intuit/Quickbooks that I could now add the card to Apple Wallet.
Thanks for sharing a screenshot and update with us, @artsvdo.
You got it right. QuickBooks debit card is now supported on Apple and Google Play. You can now add your card to your Apple Wallet anytime. You can refer to this link for the complete details (check QuickBooks debit card section): Learn more about QuickBooks Checking accounts and the Cash Flow menu.
Since you're unable to pass the verification process, I recommend contacting our Merchant support team. One of our live agents can look into your account and investigate the cause of the delay. Please review their support hours to know when agents are available.
I've also collected these resources for your reference. These contain details on how to accurately reconcile your accounts as well as how Apple Pay and QuickBooks work.
You can always count on me if you need more help connecting your QuickBooks debit card to Apple Wallet. It's always my pleasure to help you
