Two years later, same problem. Why does QB pretend there's a live chat when it's merely sending a bunch of worthless irrelevant articles that don't address the problem? Why has QB's certificate for Time expired? Why am I expected to become a computer program to fix the fact that the program doesn't update, either manually or automatically, when it's supposed to? Why am I, the customer, expected to update QB's expired certificate? Why is there 'OVER AN HOUR" wait on your phone que? Why am I still a QB customer?
