I tried the collapse activity row, but it didnt show the date column in the pdf and the description was still getting cut .
This is happening only when I select the Friendly template. For the other templates the description is spanning to next page of the PDF correctly .My custom template use the Friendly template . Is there any option to fix it?

I'll share some troubleshooting steps to verify if the issue has something to do with the cache on your browser. Let's start with opening your company in an incognito or private browser. This mode doesn't save any browsing history.
Here are the keyboard shortcuts:
Next, open your invoice and try printing it. If it works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Finally, restart your browser. You can also change to a different supported browser.
If you're getting the same result, you can view this article for the other solutions: Resolve PDF printing issues.
Please feel free to leave a comment letting me know how things go after giving this a try. I'll keep an eye out for your reply.
