Buy nowFor some reason my Chase Bank credit card transactions stop displaying on QB online past a certain date. Is there a way to reload them? I tried the update button and it didn't work.
Good day to you, @Taxing Taxer.
Currently, there’s an ongoing investigation (INV-55007) where some users are seeing missing transactions with their Chase Bank account. Rest assured our banking engineers are working to fix this as soon as possible.
In the meantime, let’s manually upload your transactions to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. Let me guide you how.
You can also check this article for more details: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
In case you’ve downloaded a duplicate transaction, you can just exclude them. You can see this article for guidance: Exclude a bank transaction you downloaded into QuickBooks Online.
When everything is all in place, you can now categorize and reconcile your accounts.
Furthermore, I encourage you to contact our Support team. This way, you'll be added to the list of affected users and be notified via email of any updates.
I appreciate your patience while we’re working to fix this. In case you have any other concerns or questions managing your bank transactions, you can always tag me in your reply. I’m always around ready to help you. Keep safe.
This is a mess. How do know if there are duplicate transactions?
This is a complete mess. There isn't any pattern to the transactions it missed. Its also impossible to tell what is duplicated. This needs a fix badly.
Has this problem been fixed? This is the second problem that has inhibited me from getting my accounting organized. I see threads going back two years on this problem, and I am still having the problem today. Can someone from Quickbooks please actual start fixing problems, and not just giving us a ticket number?

My Chase credit card is connected to my qbo account without errors. My full credit card payment appears in qbo and random other individual charges on my card appear in qbo. But it's still missing 90% of the individual transactions... hard to believe that this is an issue for an accounting tool
