Reclassify dimensions in Intuit Enterprise Suite

Learn how to reclassify dimensions across various transactions. 

Dimensions are auto-enabled for you. Here's how to create and set up your list.

Once you’re all set up, you can start to track your transactions by the dimensions you just created.

First, go to Reclassify hub

Note: Only Admins and Standard-All users in Intuit Enterprise Suite can create dimensions.

  1. Open your Intuit Enterprise Suite account.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and select Reclassify transactions.

Next, in Reclassify Transactions

  1. From the Account types dropdown, select Profit and Loss to see income and expense accounts. Or, select Balance Sheet to see your asset, liability, and equity accounts.
  2. From the Account list, select the account with the transactions you want to change.
  3. Use type, class, customer/vendor to filter the list.
    Note: Dimension filters are currently unavailable.
  4. Select Find transactions.
  5. Select the checkbox for each transaction you want to change.
  6. Select Reclassify.
  7. Select a new dimension from Change to dropdown.
  8. When you’re ready, select Apply.
