Do the following: 

1. Go to our QuickBooks Community page and log in your credentials from there. 
2. Select the Sign-in button.
3. Click the profile icon and choose Messages. 
4. Review all the messages from there. Type your response in the Reply field to start a conversation. 

To notify you of replies, ensure that the Don't send me any community emails box is not checked. To check this setting, follow the steps below: 

1. On your Profile page, click Edit under Latest badges earned. 
2. Select Personal, then click Email. 
3.  Ensure that the Don't send me any community emails box is unchecked.

Our Intuit rep said that their stock of one-time licenses for QBD 2021 Mac is sold out. You should be careful if someone offers this license in the market. You can still purchase one-time licenses for 20019 and 2020 if you're still on your old MacOS and don't want to upgrade your machine.

I was just off the online chat with QB customer service. They said they no long sell non-subscription Quickbooks Desktop 2021 for MAC since October 2021. 

I was just on online chat with support and they said the same thing, that they are not offering upgrade licenses to Quickbooks Desktop 2021 for MAC, only subscriptions to QuickBooks Online 2022. 

I am currently licensed for Quickbooks Desktop 2019 for MAC and need to upgrade to Quickbooks Desktop 2021 for MAC since Quickbooks Desktop 2019 for MAC support ends May 31, 2022.  My accountant is not currently supporting QuickBooks 2022.

Our Intuit rep said they still have limited supplies for QBD Mac 2021 for 3 users, QBD Mac 2020 for single user, and QBD Mac 2019 for single user.

The one-time license for QB Desktop 2021 for Mac is out of stock. You may consider using QB Desktop 2020 for Mac or QB Desktop 2021 (Windows) to run on Parallels.

would like to buy quickbooks Mac 2021 to update our 2019 version hoping to make it last until 2024 and we can fully integrate out of quickbooks since they don't want to use desktop software. Looking for a a place to purchase new license

QuickBooks Mac 2021 is no longer available for purchase directly from us. Though, resellers might still have limited one-time licenses for it. We'll want to look for offers in the internet. Let's also consider Fiat Lux - ASIA's reply for their offer. 

Just to give more details on the 2021 version, we've recently updated our product line for QuickBooks Desktop 2022 and onwards (Mac versions included). Only the subscription-based licenses are available for purchase.

Why do you need to purchase QB Desktop 2020 for Mac? We can help to obtain the license but the price will be higher than QB Desktop 2021 Pro + Parallels + Win 10 Home.
