Did you encounter any error message upon logging in in your QuickBooks Online account? If so, can you share with me the error so I can provide the correct resolution based on the message.

 

In the meantime, you can run some troubleshooting steps to isolate why you're having a hard time in logging in to your account. To start with, open QuickBooks on a private window. It is the best place to identify any browser-related concerns. You can use these keyboard keys to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If you're able to log in, you can go back to the previous window you've opened and clear the cache. A piled cache can also be the reason for some unexpected issues on the opened pages. 

 

You also have the option to switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge.

 

If the same thing persists, you can reach out to our Phone Support team. An agent will take a look at your file and verify this issue further.

Let's follow the instructions for the troubleshooting steps on your browser. Then contact the phone support team stated by my colleague above.

 

Moving forward, the procedure for canceling QuickBooks Online varies depending on where you purchased your account. Follow these steps below:

 

  1. Open a web browser on your computer, not a mobile device.
  2. Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an admin user.
  3. Go to the upper right and select the Gear symbol.
  4. After selecting Account and Settings, go to the left pane and click Billing and Subscription.
  5. Select Cancel subscription or Cancel online from the QuickBooks section.
  6. Select the Continue to cancel. (if it shows on your screen).
  7. After that, click Submit and Cancel Subscription, and then hit Got it.

Hi, Mark311. I'm here to help ensure you're able to update your credit card information in QuickBooks Online.

 

When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like bringing up the data to your account or latency issues. As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.

 

If you're still unable to update the card details, we can do some of the basic troubleshooting steps by accessing your account in a private window.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome: Press CTRL + Shift + N.
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press CTRL + Shift + P.

 

Once signed in, go back to your billing and subscription page and update the info from there. If it rectifies the issue, go back to your main browser and clear its cache to remove the browser's history. You may also try accessing your account using another supported browser.

 

Please be reminded that QuickBooks accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card with billing addresses based in the US. However, you can use any debit card that has a Visa or MasterCard symbol on it. A credit card payment was made into an account that was frozen. I am trying to find out how to resolve the issue. So far, I have researched everything I could find up to this point. However, after hours of attempting, I have had absolutely no success in finding an answer to a seemingly simple problem. Any input you could provide would be greatly appreciated. My job is pending my ability to resolve this issue.

I'd like to check this for you and get it taken care of myself. However, as much as I would like to get this handled directly, payment's received to your account need the assistance of our phone support for security purposes.

 

That being said, I recommend getting in touch with Merchant Services Team. They'd be able to check your account in a secure environment and help resolve the issue with the credit card payment.

If you can't remember your user ID to sign in to QuickBooks, you'll want to visit our login page, then enter an email address or phone number that's associated with the account. After clicking Sign In, you'll be sent a one-time passcode (via email or phone) to sign in to your account with.

 

In the event you entered an email address, but don't see an email coming in with a code, make sure to try the following:

 

  • Check your spam and/or junk folders.
  • Add do_not_reply@intuit.com to the email's contact list.
  • Review all email addresses you might've used to sign up for the account.
  • Make sure to unblock emails from Intuit.

 

If you continue experiencing sign in issues, try going through some of our additional troubleshooting processes.

 

Once you're signed in, you'll be able to change the account's password and view pay stubs from your Payroll screen.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. In the left navigation bar, go to Payroll, then Employees.
  2. Underneath Run payroll, select Paycheck list.
  3. If necessary, use your Filter ▼ option to help you locate the pay stubs you're looking for.

My bank account is being billed for Qbooks onl. I do not use this product or even have an account with Intuit. The account name I was able to identify is not me.  Can't reach a live person for help.  My bank is issuing a dispute claim to Intuit as I am being billed for someone else's account.  My bank has stopped future payments to Qbooks onl

 Very frustrating!
