My credit card charged by Quick books for Payroll subscription without my approval. I had requested last year to remove auto renewal. I want to cancel my subscription. and looking for full refund. My company detail  [removed]. Fed ID  is [removed]. My contact phone no - [removed].  last I am having trouble log in to my account. my user ID  is  [email address removed].  I have forgotten my password. please help me  ASAP.

I can help walk you through the process of canceling your payroll subscription in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Under Your Company, select Account and settings.
  3. Click the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4.  In the Payroll section, select Cancel
  5. Click Continue to cancel.
  6. Complete the short survey, then click Confirm cancel

Regarding the refund, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support Team. This way, you can request a refund for the payroll service. I'll guide you how:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click Contact Us at the bottom.
  3. Enter your concern, and then click Let's talk.
  4. Choose either Start messaging or Get a callback.

Prosecute the POS's. They are scum. They tried to do it to me but I had my card turned off so charges were denied. 

 

On top of that. They advocate for higher taxes on small businesses and support socialist policies that destroy the same small businesses they supposedly serve. Shove your software up your..... Intuit.

Attempting to e file Form 941 couldn't locate 10-digit PIN. Tried enrolling in case not received and received an IRS rejection notice to enrollment stating an active federal 94x e-File enrollment already exists for Inland Oral Surgery PS  EIN: [Removed].  Response provided said to contact Intuit Payroll Support for contact information.

 

Please advise IRS contact information to obtain the 10 digit PIN replacement letter.

It's easy to update a pay schedule in QuickBooks Online. Allow me to help you.

 

We need to create a new pay schedule and assign it to your employees. Follow these steps:

 

A. Create

  1. From the Gear icon, select Payroll Settings.
  2. Select Pay Schedules, then Create.
  3. Enter the pay period and pay date, then OK.

B. Assign employee a pay schedule

  1. Go to the Payroll menu, then Employees.
  2. Select the employee's name and click Edit Employee.
  3. Click the How often do you pay (employee) dropdown and choose a pay schedule.
  4. Tap Done.

 

If you're subscribed to either QuickBooks Online Payroll Full Service, Core, Premium, and Elite, our Payroll Experts can assist you in updating it. The instructions to get a call back do not work. There is nowhere to request a call back after going to help.

The callback option must be available once you select Search from the Help menu. If not, you can try performing some basic troubleshooting steps by opening QuickBooks Online (QBO) through a private window as the browser's cache may affect this behavior.

 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

 

From there, follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to the Help menu, then go to the Search tab.
  2. Tap on Contact Us.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern or type in "contact support or request a callback", then click Continue.
  4. From the Callback section, tap on the Have us call you button.
  5. Follow the on-screen pop-ups to complete the process.

 

If you get the callback option, go back to your original browser and clear its cache to start fresh. You can also use another supported and up-to-date browser to narrow down the result.

 

Otherwise, you can directly connect with a representative through the contact number provided from this link: QuickBooks Online Support under the Can't get signed in? section.

Hi Stumpy20, I'm here to assist you with your E-file login issue.

 

After enrolling in the IRS E-file service, your QuickBooks Desktop enrollment will display "Accepted" when the agency receives your enrollment. You will receive a 10-digit e-file PIN by mail. If you didn't receive the 10-digit e-file pin or lost it, I recommend reaching out to IRS E-file services.

 

You can find the phone number in the article and navigate to the Lost 10-digit E-file PIN/Rejected Enrollment section: Set up Federal e-file and e-pay in QuickBooks Desktop Payroll Enhanced.

 

Once you have everything sorted out, you can proceed to e-file your federal tax forms and e-pay your federal taxes electronically.
