I am having problems using my password on the cloud to upload my paystubs for my payroll and the employees to view. I have entered my last password and the system tells me it is invalid. I have tried to resent password using my password when I sign in to my quickbooks program on my desktop, but it does not work. I have waited over 15 minutes, but your system will not let me in.

Are you having a problem with logging into your QuickBooks Desktop company file? If so, here's an article that can provide additional steps that you can take to help resolve this issue: Fix problems with my log in. Resetting your user ID or password again can help with fix this issue.

I've got your back on reactivating your client's payroll subscription.
If your client is under your wholesale billing, you can go to the Subscription and billing menu and reactivate the payroll subscription from there. Here's how:

However, if your client is not in your wholesale billing, you can let them resubscribe their payroll subscription in their QuickBooks Online account.

I don't see a help icon on top right

One of the reasons why you cannot see the Help icon is the filed up data on your browser causing it to act inappropriately. To Isolate this issue that you have, you may access your Quickbooks online using a private browser.
You can refer to these shortcut keys to open an incognito window in all supported browsers:
You can also use another private browser.
If you are able to see the help icon upon using a private browser, you may go back to your regular browser and clear your browser's cache for optimal browser performance.

In reference to the $20 Charge every month. I am a produce farm and only use QB from May-August/Sept.
Therefore I only need your service for 5-6 months depending on Mother Nature.

I have joined on QB 40 -50 years. It's been a long time. QB used to be on a floppy disc, that's where I got started. Matter of fact I still have the floppys that I started with. It's very interesting how QB has progressed over the years.

If I have the 1099 Misc forms and want to use them for my 1099 contractors what box should the amount go into or do I need to use only the new Nec forms?
