1. SCOPE. These pricing terms apply to customers who: (a) entered into a Merchant Agreement
with us on or before August 1, 2014; (b) use Intuit Point of Sale software, version 10 or below; (c)
use Intuit Point of Sale software, version 11 prior to February 15, 2015 unless you were notified of an
upgrade to standard pricing; (d) use QuickBooks for Mac; or (e) signed up for our service via one of
our authorized partners where the customer was notified of applicable pricing. If you are any of the
above customers, this pricing schedule applies to you, and you are considered a “Legacy Customer.”
The Merchant Agreement that you previously agreed is being replaced by a newer version of the Merchant
Agreement at: http://quickbooks.intuit.com/legal/payments/merchant-agreement (“Merchant
Agreement”). Such Merchant Agreement applies regardless of when you signed up for the service. To the
extent this pricing schedule conflicts with the Merchant Agreement, this pricing schedule controls.
Otherwise, this pricing schedule is subject to the terms of the updated Merchant Agreement. By
continuing to use our service, you agree to the terms of the updated Merchant Agreement and this
This pricing schedule provides the rates and fees that apply to your use of QuickBooks payments, ACH
(electronic bank payment/e-Invoicing) and other payment processing services (collectively “Services”)
and is part of your Merchant Agreement with Intuit Inc., Intuit Payment Solutions, LLC and/or
its subsidiaries and affiiates
2. QUALIFIED PRICING. The following rates and fees below apply to all Discover, JCB, MasterCard
(“MC”), Visa and American Express credit cards and debit cards (including PINless transactions).
PIN Debit Transactions. Fees for debit transactions are set forth below and in the Merchant
Application. These transactions occur when a card is accepted for payment which is linked to a checking
or savings account and authorized by the cardholder solely by entering his personal identification
number (“PIN”). Merchants whose customers use PIN debits are charged 1.45% of the transaction amount
plus $0.25 cents per transaction and the miscellaneous fees set forth in Section 4.
Credit Cards/ Signature Debits.
Our discount rates and other fees vary according to the type of card transaction. This section
describes how we determine which transaction types qualify for what transaction rates. The transaction
types include (a) credit card transactions; (b) signature debit (a debit card that is accepted for
payment which is linked to a checking or savings account and authorized solely by the cardholder’s
signature); and (c) PINLESS debit transactions (a debit card that is accepted for payment, which is
linked to a checking or savings account and the transaction is authorized by a cardholder without entry
of his personal identification number (“PINLESS”) and is routed through electronic funds transfer
(EFT)/PIN debit network).
Unless stated differently in the Merchant Application, the fees noted below will apply to card
transactions. We may require minimum monthly fees for some customers. If this minimum fee applies to
you (e.g. stated in the merchant application or subsequent documentation or communication provided to
you), that fee will be deducted unless you have met your minimum processing volume. The Qualified
Discount Rate will be deducted daily. If you have a 2-tiered pricing with Qualified and Non-Qualified
Rates only, transactions listed in the Mid-Qualified category will be charged the Qualified rate.
(a) Qualified Discount Rate. The rate charged on transactions that have the following
attributes: swiped non-rewards consumer signature credit or debit cards where the full magnetic stripe
has been read that are electronically authorized and closed in a daily batch except for those cards
issued by Chase and PINLESS transactions.
(b) Mid-Qualified Discount Rate. The rate charged on transactions that have the following
attributes and have not qualified to be charged the Qualified Rate: keyed debit cards with matching AVS
response for “card present” transactions; keyed consumer signature debit cards with valid AVS response
and order number for “card not present” transactions; some categories of rewards signature credit cards
where the full magnetic stripe has been read that are electronically authorized, keyed debit cards for
PINLESS transactions; and swiped credit card that are issued by Chase and in each of the preceding
cases have been closed in a daily batch; and
(c) Non-Qualified Discount Rate. The rate charged on transactions that have the following
attributes and have not qualified to be charged the Qualified or Mid-Qualified Rate: Business,
Corporate, Purchase, International, Government, Rewards, World cards, “High End Value” or other such
rewards cards as defined by the card issuers; keyed credit cards, keyed Consumer credit or debit cards
without fully matching AVS batches not closed within one calendar day of transaction; and any
Pre-Authorized sale that is not processed/captured within 7 business days.
3. ADDITIONAL FEES
Authorization Fee: $0.29 per transaction. This fee is charged each time communication is made
with the host (between credit card processing software; ie. when the sale transaction is processed
online, etc. or point of sale (POS) terminal; when the sale transaction is processed physically in
person) and the authorizing network).
Surcharge Authorization Fee: $0.07 per transaction. This fee is charged only for transactions
that qualify for Non-Qualified Rate.
Miscellaneous Fees: see Section 4 below.
International Fees: You may also be charged additional network pass-through rates and fees when
Visa, MC, Discover, or AMEX assesses Intuit these fees for cards issued outside the U.S. These Intuit
fees will be charged to you.

Card or Payment Network Penalties, Fines and Other Fees
You are responsible for fees as a consequence of your use or misuse of the Services or your card processing activities.
5. ADD-ON SERVICES PRICING. Fees for Add-On Services will only apply to you if you have opted to
include these Add-On Services to your account and been approved by our Underwriting Department.

7. FEES; PRICE CHANGES. All rates and fees are in US dollars and subject to change upon notice
to you. Where required, we will provide 30 days advance notice. We may provide you notice by posting
updated pricing or terms on our site or sending you e-mail communication. Price changes are effective
on the date indicated on our notice or terms. By continuing to access and use the Services after we
have provided you the price change, you are agreeing to such change. To view and understand the exact
rates and fees that have been applied to your transactions (along other fees), sign into your account
online and view your statement. In the event of a conflict between the rates and fees in your monthly
statement or notifications, your Merchant Application and this Pricing Schedule, your monthly statement
rates and fees will control first then your Merchant Application rates and fees. All fees stated in this Pricing Schedule are fees that Intuit charges you and are not fees charged to you directly by the card and payment networks. Services are provided by Intuit Inc. and our subsidiaries,
including Intuit Payment Solutions LLC. We use third parties to provide Services to you.

We do not charge a cancellation fee if you terminate the Services. However, we may, in accordance with
the Merchant Agreement, charge fees if you violate the terms of the Merchant Agreement or rules of our
service providers or if you were notified of such fee upon signing up for the service. Merchants are
paid per the terms of the Merchant Agreement.
