- In Accountant-billed subscriptions, find the client account you want to add QuickBooks Time to.
- Select Client actions dropdown ▼, then select Add QuickBooks Time.
Your client will now have access to QuickBooks Time within their QuickBooks Online account, through the time tab, where they can set up their QuickBooks Time account.
If the client pays for their own subscription
Note: Switch into the client’s account to add QuickBooks Time to their QuickBooks Online account.
- In the client’s account, select Settings ⚙, then select Subscriptions and billing.
- In the QuickBooks Time card, select Learn more.
- Follow the prompts, and choose to Subscribe now, or Try it free for 30 days.
Your client will now have access to QuickBooks Time within their QuickBooks Online account, through the time tab, where they can set up their QuickBooks Time account.
