If you set up your own QuickBooks Online company
Did you set up your company file in QuickBooks Online? If so, you have 60 days to import your QuickBooks Desktop data into QuickBooks Online.

If you're an accountant who set up QuickBooks Online for a client
Did a client invite you to set up their books in QuickBooks Online? Did you create a client's company file for them in QuickBooks Online Accountant?
If so, you have 180 days from the date you created the company to import their data from QuickBooks Desktop into QuickBooks Online.
If your client used their own subscription to set up QuickBooks Online, they have 60 days to import their data.
