Let’s perform some steps to isolate this issue. I recommend using a private window (incognito) and see if you have the Get a code email to option. This way, we can check if this issue is caused by cache.
The browser saves data cache for you to access the page faster. When this gets outdated, it causes an issue that can affect your QBO experience. Using a private window is the easiest way to confirm this as this not saves cache. To begin, here are the keyboard shortcut keys you can use depending on the browser you’re using:
if you’re able to see the Get a code email to option via a private window, I recommend clearing your browser's cache. This will delete all data save from your browser and makes it function efficiently. If you’re unable to see the email option, try using other supported browsers. That way, we can see and check if this is a browser-integrated issue.
If the issue persists after going through the steps above, I suggest contacting our support team. They have the necessary tools to look into your account securely and assist you further in accessing it.

I'm trying to get in to QB but it popped up a message box that wont go away....so I need to complete it before I can get into QB. It's asking to verify my identity before I can change my password, so I had it send me an email, then it wanted to either text me or call me for a second verification. The number listed ends in 1072 and that isn't correct. So I want to get that changed so I can try to get my password changed so I can continue with a project with a deadline. Any help is appreciated.

im having a crazy day
1. I don't have password to log into my account
2. I sent a verification to my email and I received it
3. it then asks for a 2nd step verification using a phone number
4. the phone number on file is wrong and I cant receive that 2nd verifications
5. I read all the quick books help pages and there are no links to any forms to get my account fixed
6. so at this point I have no way to fix this I have no one to call and I cant use my account

I have had the SAME Problem for over two years since payroll records became workforce. The phone number Intuit has is incorrect. I have tried recovering my account, spent hours trying to get SOMEONE to fix it, but there does not seem to be ANYONE who can help with this issue. I was sent a new link from the company paying me but it still requires the phone number which is incorrect. SOMEONE needs to fix this.

I don't get the code through the phone number, so every time it asks for verification code I was requesting to send through the email. However this morning after it sent the code through the email it requested a double check, giving me only option through the phone number (where I can't accesses).
