Use Review Product Content Blocks in the New Builder
by Intuit• Updated 4 weeks ago
Use Review Product content blocks to seek customer feedback on their most recent purchase. Each block will contain a product image, price, and review link that’s synced from your store. Review Product content blocks can display up to 5 products, and give you lots of styling options you can use to customize your content.
In this article, you’ll learn how to use Review Product content blocks in the new builder.
Before you start
Here are some things to know before you begin this process.
- This feature is available if you have a Shopify store. Visit the Integrations page to see if you have a Shopify store connected to your account.
- Product reviews display parent products only. For example, if your t-shirt product has different size options, the t-shirt will be displayed as the parent product. The sizes, which are the child products, won’t be displayed.

Use Review Product content blocks
To use a Review Product content block, follow these steps.
Click the Review Product block you want to work with, or drag and drop a new one into your layout.
We’ll pre-select your store based on the audience you select.
In the Review Order menu, the Content tab opens by default. Click Full order or Single product to choose how many products to show. We’ll display up to 5 products if you select Full order.
Click the Display By drop-down to select how the products will display. Choose Price (high to low), Price (low to high), Name (A to Z), or Name (Z to A).
Product details will sync from your store. In the Product details section, toggle the slider to show or remove the product Title or Description.
Enter the content for your button in the Button text field.
Use the Orientation tabs to choose whether to display the image above, to the left, or to the right of the text.
Click the Colors field to change the block's background color.
Choose the Padding around the content block. Check the box to apply equal padding on all sides, or customize the padding for the top, bottom, left, and right sides of the content block.
Edit styles
After you insert your Review Product content block, you can edit the design to match your store's style and branding. Your options will vary depending on whether you selected a title or description to display.
Click the Design tab and use the Title and Description tabs to change the font type, size, color, styles, alignment, and padding for each.
Customize the button shape, size, alignment, colors, border, and padding.
Enable Dynamic Content
When designing an email, you can turn any content block into dynamic content that displays when recipients meet certain conditions. Adding dynamic content helps target different types of subscribed contacts at the same time with a single email.
Users with a Standard plan or higher will find Dynamic Content on the Visibility tab of the Review Order page.
