Termination and reinstatement of payroll services
by Intuit•6• Updated 1 month ago
Your QuickBooks Online Payroll service may be terminated by Risk Management if your company has multiple failed debit occurrences, an unpaid balance due, or is too high risk to remain on service. When an account is terminated, you're ineligible for service for 12 months from the date of termination and/or the date the balance due was paid in full.
If your payroll service has been in terminated by Intuit, and you wish to have certain services provided again, you can request for a Reinstatement of Services one year from the date of termination or the date Intuit received a final payment to settle any outstanding amounts.
In order to request a Reinstatement of Services, please contact us and ask for your services to be reinstated. A request will be entered on your behalf and your company will be reviewed. Once a request is received, you'll be notified within 72 hours with more information.
