I can see that you really need to have a smooth invoicing capability, especially this is your busy season.
We'll do some steps to fix the loading issue when you send invoices, but if you've already done these with the agent, you may not need to do them again.
First, you'll want to update your QuickBooks to get the latest release, which may include minor fixes.
Second, download the QuickBooks Tool Hub installer and install it.
Third, open the QuickBooks Tool Hub program and go to the Program Problems bar. Then, click on the QuickBooks Print & PDF Repair Tool button in green.
Usually, if an issue isn't fixed, the agent will take the details to a higher tier for further checking. Did they mention this? If not, please contact them again tomorrow, so a different team will look at the case based on the data that the agent provides. I finally fixed the problem!!!
I use Yahoo mail , and all of a sudden I was unable to email statements, and invoices , also with attachments...I use QB-desk top pro 2020
1st... go to your email and go to the ACCOUNT SECURITY section
2nd...in yahoo go all the way to the bottom of page in ACCOUNT SECURITY... see manage app passwords
3rd ... you will need to type in Quick Books in the dropdown menu
4th.... click enter it will give you a 16 letter pass word... COPY IT
5th Now go back to your QB and pick a customer to send a statement to
6th....now when it askes for the password to your email... PUT THE 16 LETTER PASSWORD THAT YOU COPIED INTO THAT BOX... and woohoo you are back able to email from within QB statements and invoices .

Yes, the app password is exactly what worked for me....but unfortunately, yahoo has their own set of rules. So it now takes me about an hour to email 130 invoices because yahoo limits the number that will send with the app password code, so I have to keep going back to get new ones after every 13 to 19 emails sent. Then I also have to wait a limited number of minutes, approx 5, or it fails and if I keep trying then it thinks my email has been hacked and I have to reset my yahoo email password. Looking for a better option than yahoo right now....but it's my busy season so no time for research right now.
This worked, but do I need to do this every day I want to email invoices? Thank you!

I have some information about emailing invoices and statements. After you've run our QuickBooks Print & PDF Repair Tool, you'll be able to send invoices without going through the same steps again, except for some rules that your email provider will require as mentioned by @bahamabreeze2.

I'd recommend updating your QuickBooks Desktop program and then check the email preferences if it was setup correctly. I'd be happy to show you the steps below:

contacting customer support is total waste of time, they just try to upgrade you to pay for tech support or upgrade the software. My ability to email invoices has worked flawlessly till Tuesday, now does not work. there is rumor intuit turned off the feature to force you to upgrade the software.

thank you also you cannot be logged is as an admin anymore when you try to send emails so just need to create a new user log in on QB. Why tech can't just tell you this i do not understand.

Why do you need to make sure QB isn't running as an administrator? I'm having the same issue with QB freezing when I email invoices or try to access Send Forms under Preferences. It's not sporadic, it's every time. We only use QB in single-user mode. Is multi-user mode necessary to sending invoices?

It's not necessary to be in a multi-user mode when sending invoices in QuickBooks Desktop. You can still send transactions out off QuickBooks even on a single-user mode.
Also, the reason why you need to uncheck the Run as admin option is to make sure that the program is not interfering with your Outlook or Microsoft settings. Check out these articles for more details:

I too have AOL and suddenly am unable to send invoices thru Quickbooks. Tech support did not fix the problem and want me to pay 79.99 to 149.99 to access the higher up tech support. Did you have any luck fixing the problem?

I have previously been able to email statements but now can't .
Error message says 'invalid credentials or gmail settings'.
email and password entered are correct
I am using a yahoo email, not gmail.
Any suggestions?

None of the previous advise worked.
I went to gmail settings and to Add-ons. I installed SyncQ - QuickBooks Integration. That worked !

I want to ensure you'll be able to send invoice in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), @626.
To begin, let's ensure that your QBDT program is updated to the latest release. This is to make sure that you have the updated patches and fixes.
Then, let's now check your email settings to verify it does not block QuickBooks. This method varies depending on your email service. Please follow Step 2 of this article for the instructions: Fix webmail password issues in QuickBooks Desktop.

When everything is set, email the invoice again.
