60-Day Money Back Guarantee
Intuit offers a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee for QuickBooks Desktop software and annual subscriptions to QuickBooks Online. If you have purchased one of these QuickBooks products and are not completely satisfied with your product for any reason, you can return them for a full refund within 60 days of purchase (excluding shipping and handling).
The 60-Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to:
- Subscriptions to QuickBooks Online products other than annual subscriptions
- Intuit resource guides or education / lab packs
- Bulk software orders
To request a refund for your QuickBooks product, please complete our online refund request form. You can use this option even if you didn’t purchase the product directly from Intuit (e.g. through Amazon or BestBuy). However, if you made a purchase through an app store (Google Play or Apple's App Store), you will need to request a refund through the applicable app store instead.
