The updated invoice and estimate layout includes several new features, and more features will be added in the coming months. For example, you can get alerts when a customer has accepted and paid an estimate or invoice, preview what your customers see, and offer more payment options like PayPal and Venmo**.

Yes, all of the functionalities are also available on the mobile app as well as autosaving estimates created on the go, importing contacts from your device, and sending by text message.
The new layout is already live for many QuickBooks Online customers. We will be updating all QuickBooks customers to the new layout gradually over the coming months. Customers will be notified in advance of the update both in QuickBooks and by email.
