Error when downloading transactions from TD Bank via Direct Connect

UPDATE
The servers have been updated.  Please contact the bank to get reconnected as per TD Bank Security Update FAQ.

The outage has been extended through Wednesday 6/13/18.

What you may be experiencing:

When trying to use online banking with TD Banks you receive errors. This is happening because TD Bank has temporarily suspended the automated access (direct connect) from TD to QuickBooks due to a security upgrade.

What you can try now:

The only workaround is manually entering the transactions or wait for the security changes to be completed.
