Note: You need admin or accountant permission in QuickBooks Online to view or run this report.

Run your Profit and loss report with the QuickBooks mobile app

  • From the Menu Image of the Menu icon., tap Reports, then Profit & loss report.

  • Tap the report filter Customize icon. icon and select the date range of the report you want to see.

  • In the GRAPH tab, tap the points in the graph to see your income and expense details for the month.

  • Tap the REPORT tab to see your income, expense, and gross profit breakdowns.
