Integrate QuickBooks Time and Sage Intacct
Learn how to integrate QuickBooks Time with Sage Intacct.
This integration allows you to import timesheets from QuickBooks Time to Sage Intacct for invoicing and labor costing.
Before you integrate
Make sure the payroll IDs in QuickBooks Time are set up to match the employee IDs in Sage Intacct.
Make sure the jobs in QuickBooks Time match the tasks in Sage Intacct.
Note: These are case sensitive fields.
Integrate QuickBooks Time and Intacct
In QuickBooks Time, go to Feature Add-ons, then Manage Add-ons.
Go to Sage Intacct Integration, and select Install.
Import timesheets from QuickBooks Time to Intacct
In QuickBooks Time
Go to Reports, then Sage Intacct Export.
Select the dates, jobs, and employees, and select Download CSV.
In Sage Intacct
Select Company, and under Setup, select Company Setup Checklist.
Under Import Projects, Tasks, Timesheets, next to Timesheets, select Import.
Select Choose File, navigate to the CSV, and select Open.
Back in the Import Company Information window, select the date format.
Next to File encoding, select auto encoding.
Enter the delivery email address, and select Import.
