Yeah, I keep trying to get a validation code to log into QB online via a new browser and not get the txt or email codes when requested. Now the online chat or help feature is just hanging. Is there a real phone number to get help or just the online run around?

I am having the same issue. The software tells me to call and the system tells me that I will not get to a person with my question. The chat function seems to be blank. How do i get a validation code? THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING!!
Wow no 24/7 support. Cant do business without good support and reliable systems to work like we do. QuickBooks is too big and we are so small to them. Once I get my data base out QuickBooks is NO MORE! I have been a long term customer since 1997. I have always been able to get to a live person and resolve issues within minutes. the last two days i have been working on getting this program back up now all i need is a validation code. which you have to get from tech. WTF guys, trying to keep business going not put up a road block. QuickBooks is like any other large corporation, get there money first then worry about the next account to replace the disgruntled account. I remember a McD regular burger was a todays quarter pounder. Charge more give less and we still will buy like dumb sheep. I will never buy another intuit product again. I paid for it over and over again. but its not really mine if i cant access MY files. QB support is Non American!

Thanks for lengthy reply. Actually I do not have a US/Canada phone number to be called back. The chat session is closed. Really need a 24/7 contact coz I am in China time zone. It’s top urgent, we are being after by tax department of year end audit. Former employee who holds login ran away. Pretty sucks…please help!

I am not sure if we could file a complaint to a local Hong Kong QB rep. They are creating issues. We are charged piece by piece endlessly. Typically a charge would be, asking us to buy 2021 to recover 2019 validation code. We bought 2019 thru them, aren’t they be able assist in the situation of register after reinstallation which suggested by them?!
As long as you are unable to login to your CAMPS and find the license code in there, Support won't help you to generate the validation code. Consider to install the trial license for QBD 2021 for the time being. You will have more time to decide whether buying a new one time license for QBD 2021, a new subscription license for QBD Pro/Premier 2022, or a new one time license for QBD (Premier) Accountant 2022 edition. Contact us in private for details.
The number gets me back to the same robot. And the chat session never open . So sad.
