Accurate Books Guarantee: Only available for active customers of Intuit Expert Full Service Bookkeeping and Intuit Expert Cleanup during the applicable service period. If your QuickBooks bookkeeper makes an error that requires you to re-open your books for any month, we’ll correct the error in your books for the month that the error occurred at no additional charge. Tax penalty protection: Only QuickBooks Workforce Elite users who have completed expert review of their payroll tax setup and enrolled in e-services for automated tax payments and filings are eligible to receive the tax penalty protection. If you receive a tax notice for payroll taxes paid and filed by QuickBooks on behalf of your company, and send it to us within 15 days of the tax notice, we will help you resolve it with the applicable tax agency and cover the payroll tax penalty and interest, up to $25,000 per year. QuickBooks Intuit Expert Assisted: This is a monthly subscription service offering ongoing guidance on how to manage your books that you maintain full ownership and control. When you request a session with a Intuit bookkeeper, they can provide guidance on topics including: bookkeeping automation, categorization, financial reports and dashboards, reconciliation, and workflow creation and management. They can also answer specific questions related to your books and your business. Some basic bookkeeping services may not be included and will be determined by your Intuit bookkeeper. The Intuit bookkeeper will provide help based on the information you provide.

QuickBooks Intuit Expert Full-Service Bookkeeping: This is a combination service that includes QuickBooks Intuit Cleanup and QuickBooks Intuit Monthly Bookkeeping.

Receipt capture: Requires QuickBooks Online mobile (“QBM”) application. The QuickBooks Online mobile app works with iPhone, iPad, and Android phones and tablets. Devices sold separately; data plan required. Not all features are available on the mobile apps and mobile browser. QuickBooks Online mobile access is included with your QuickBooks Online subscription at no additional cost. Data access is subject to cellular/internet provider network availability and occasional downtime due to system and server maintenance and events beyond your control. Product registration required.

Collaborate with your accountant: You can connect up to the following for each product: 1 billable user and 2 accounting firms for QuickBooks Online Simple Start, 3 billable users and 2 accounting firms for QuickBooks Online Essentials, 5 billable users and 2 accounting firms for QuickBooks Online Plus, 25 billable users and 3 accounting firms for QuickBooks Online Advanced. Accounting firms must connect using QuickBooks Online Accountant.

Intuit Expert Cleanup: Applies to bookkeeping records for the prior and/or current financial year. Eligibility for prior year or current year cleanup depends on the date of purchase. Does not cover bookkeeping records used for any previously filed tax return. Onboarding call required within 60 days of purchase. Tax-ready books: Intuit Experts doesn’t include tax preparation services or assistance with tax preparation, or assurance services. Consult a tax preparer for tax advice related to the preparation of your tax return. Tax-ready books require that you provide your bookkeeper with all requested information timely or on the timeline requested by your bookkeeper and your reasonable cooperation.
